Mainline Plumbing & Civil

Across hot water repairs, drainage work, septic systems and bathroom projects in Dubbo, the feedback collected for Mainline Plumbing & Civil repeatedly highlights reliability and clear communication. A number of customers describe emergency callouts being answered quickly, including one late-night hot water leak that was attended within minutes when other plumbers would only come the following morning.

Reviewers frequently point to that Kaleb and his team arrive when they say they will, complete the agreed work in the promised timeframe and charge the quoted amount without surprises. Alice is named for guiding clients through projects step by step and keeping them informed from quote to completion. Customers note the professional standard of the finished work and the honest, straightforward manner of the crew, with quotes delivered promptly and jobs fitted in at short notice.

A theme running through the feedback is the follow-up contact after the work is finished, checking that everything is operating correctly, and one customer appreciated receiving photographs of completed repairs. Overflowing gutters and roof damage after heavy rain were also handled, and the same team has been engaged for repeat plumbing and civil projects at private homes. The combination of prompt response, tidy workmanship and fair pricing is what customers keep returning to.

We highly recommend Kaleb and the team. We have needed their help on multiple occasions, and each time they have done an outstanding job. A professional service from good honest people.

Very responsive, arrived exactly when they said they would. Kaleb is a very knowledgeable person, polite, honest and courteous. Explained the job to me how it would be completed and gave me different options on how it could be completed. I would have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone.

📣📣📣 Mainline Plumbing & Civil and team were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, and the entire team was courteous and efficient. For reliable and professional plumbing services, I highly recommend Mainline Plumbing & Civil.

Excellent service. It was an emergency issue related with hot water leakage. Got no response from most of the plumbing services as it was already off hours 9 pm. And for some got response that they can come only in morning at 8 am. However, I got quick and polite response from Mainline plumbing to be available in 5 mins. They were very friendly. Fast and efficient service. Very professional. Highly recommended.
