Matt Diamond Plumbing

Above-and-beyond effort is the thread running through feedback on Matt Diamond Plumbing. Several customers describe tradespeople who resolved faults that other plumbers had failed to diagnose, and who stayed with the task until it worked as intended. Punctual arrival is mentioned often, whether for an emergency or a booked job, and the finished result is consistently described as solid. Named team members, including Matt Diamond, Connor and Bill, are repeatedly called polite and courteous, with Connor singled out for doing more than anyone expected.

One detailed account covers a large storm water and downpipe reconfiguration: a long trench was cut beneath paving, across lawn and through a raised garden bed, and the site was left so clean that the paving looked undisturbed. Reviews regularly refer to clear communication before and during work, and charges they considered reasonable for the effort involved. The work itself spans drainage, gasfitting, hot water and solar hot water supply, septic and sewage disposal, gutters and bathroom renovation. What customers keep returning to is dependable, friendly problem-solving, with Bill and Connor named as especially willing to help.

Matt Diamond and his lovely team recently completed quite a large job for us to reconfigure out downpipes and storm water drainage. They had to dig a long trench under pavers, across the lawn and under a raised garden bed. The work was finished quickly and we were really impressed with the way they cleaned up. You would never know they had lifted the pavers! Highly recommend

Above and beyond service, Connor was very kind and done more than I know that is expected.
