John Drew Plumbing

Punctual, friendly and transparent workmanship is the theme threaded through feedback on John Drew Plumbing in Geelong. Customers repeatedly describe Peter and his colleagues, among them Hassan and Nathan, as arriving when arranged and getting straight to the cause of the problem, whether that is a blocked pipe, a troublesome drain or an ensuite installation. A theme running through the feedback is the clarity of the explanation and the quote given before work begins, with the final charge in several accounts matching what was agreed, and one customer noting the bill came in lower than anticipated.

Reviewers also mention the condition in which the property is left, with mess cleared away and no trace of the visit beyond the repair. The team's competence with plumbing matters and its ability to solve difficulties as they emerge are described in detail by those who had larger jobs completed, including gasfitting and hot water work. Emergency callouts draw praise for quick responses, while routine bookings are noted for reliable scheduling. The courteous manner of the plumbers and their ease around the home round out a consistent account of professional service.

We had Hassan attend our property for issues with our toilet. He was incredible and went above and beyond. I would highly recommened using Hassan for your plumbing needs. I will add though that the receptionist Ivy was incredibly rude and hung up on me, but don't let that deter you from using Hassan. Thanks for all your work Hassan!

Living in an area where tree roots repeatedly make a menace of themselves by blocking the pipes, and Peter and the team have been outstanding every time I've come home to an overflowing drain. They're friendly and efficient, with great communication. They always take care of any mess left behind and have consistently gone above and beyond in their service, I highly recommend giving them a call.

Responds quickly to urgent situations, and at arranged times for other work. Helpful, tidies up and doesn’t leave a mess, nice people to have in your home.

Saved the day! Prompt response to phone calls. Thorough info on options and even better, installed that night (and it was a Friday). No complaints at all.

I was very happy with the job on my ensuite. Both Peter and Nathan were competent and knowledgeable of plumbing matters. They were good problem solvers when difficulties arose and the finished installation was very professional.

Arrived on time. Fabulous friendly guys. Reasonably priced. Actually cheaper than I expected. Will get again. Good job.

Happy to recommend John Drew Plumbing. Very happy with service they provide always on time, courteous and very professional too.
