Need A Plumber

On the Sunshine Coast, Need A Plumber draws consistent praise for work ranging from hot water heater replacement and urgent leak repairs to relining storm water and sewerage pipes. Several buyers describe Joe as professional, reliable and easy to communicate with, noting that his explanations of pricing and process kept stressful situations manageable, and that quotes and final invoices matched the materials and labour involved.

Tyler is named for attending a late-night emergency in the dark and rain and resolving the problem properly, while Josh is remembered as an experienced, efficient plumber who worked neatly and communicated well. Reviews time and again mention the speed of response, including after-hours call-outs and a split pipe found roughly two metres beneath a concrete driveway. The wider team, among them Dylan, Phil and Darren, is credited with expertise and hard work on larger jobs.

Professional advice on handling drainage problems efficiently and affordably is another theme, as is the tidy, careful finish left behind. One customer, referred by another plumber, has since used the business for two major jobs without further issues and for ongoing leak fixes. Storm water and sewer relining, drainage work and urgent repairs recur as the specialisms customers call on.

I recently worked with Joe and his team from Need a Plumber over the past four weeks while resolving a plumbing issue prior to the sale of my home, and I couldn’t have been happier with the experience. From the beginning, Joe was professional, reliable, and incredibly easy to communicate with. His communication throughout the entire process was excellent, clear, prompt, and honest, which made what could have been a very stressful situation feel much more manageable. Joe and his team approached the work with care, efficiency, and genuine professionalism. They were solution-focused, respectful of the property, and gave me confidence every step of the way that the job was being handled properly. I was extremely happy with both the quality of the work and the way they conducted themselves throughout the process. I would absolutely recommend Joe and Need a Plumber to anyone looking for trustworthy, capable, and well-communicated plumbing services. — Teena

Ian from Hire A Hubby Maroochydore here. Of course, we hit a water line on Friday the 13th after 5 pm 😅 We Needed an after-hours plumber, and he was an absolute legend. Came out quickly, super friendly, and fixed it properly with neat, professional work. Turned a bad-luck moment into a stress-free one. I will be recommending to all my clients requiring plumbing work from now on - Highly recommend.

Once again, the Need A Plumber team have fixed an urgent plumbing problem at my house. A huge shout out to Joe, Dylan, Phil & Darren for their expertise and hard work ! I spotted a leak coming from the concrete path along the side of the driveway and called Joe. The extended team found & fixed the split pipe nearly 2m deep under the path ! Thank you once again to the whole team.

I had a plumbing emergency late in the day and rang Need a Plumber. Tyler came out in the dark and the rain and dealt with my issue. Highly recommend. I was not going to sleep that night but Tyler sorted it all out. I was very happy and slept well. If you have an emergency, these guys were great.

Jo and his team have been solving problems at our place for about a decade. His knowledge enables him to sort out 'too hard' problems and make clear and justified recommendations, and his work ethic underpins his reasonable pricing. Over time he has helped eliminate any clay pipe utilisation at our hillside site, with the last piece of the puzzle recently being relined with his clever and efficient technology. Good work NeedaPlumber!

Joe and Sam fixed my complex drainage issues and were super friendly, efficient and punctual. I would not hesitate to use them again and readily recommend to others.
