Pipes Plumbing & Gas Co

A concrete observation that emerges from the accounts is that Luke investigates the underlying cause rather than applying a temporary fix. Several buyers describe prompt responses from the first phone call and problems resolved within a short time frame, including a winter call-out for a leaking hot water system. Workmanship is a recurring theme of the feedback, covering storm water installation, a kitchen renovation and plumbing for a new bathroom and laundry, with one account noting that the joiner involved remarked on how neat the pipework was.

A number of reviews mention fair charges and a friendly, professional manner, describing clear explanations of the work required and an unwillingness to add unnecessary costs. Attention to detail comes up often, with one customer reporting that water pressure and hot water performance were better after the visit than when the home was built.

High-quality products and a genuine interest in getting the result right also feature, alongside a willingness to take on further work in the future. The knowledge and advice offered on each job is another point that comes up often, and Luke's reliability and punctuality are consistently noted, with customers describing work completed without issues and a tradesman who takes pride in the finished result, prompting repeat bookings for a range of plumbing and gas tasks.

Luke is very reliable and pays attention to detail, takes pride in his work and offer very professional and prompt service. Highly recommend.

Luke has done a couple jobs for me now, and has always been extremely pleasant and professional. The work has always been carried out with no issues. After a particular job working on our home that's only just over 3 years old, our hot water and pressure were even better than when the build was first completed. I can't recommend Luke enough!

Did an amazing job and are super great to deal with. Would recommend to anyone in need of plumbing work and are very affordable!

Luke is the best plumber in Toowoomba!! We have used his valued and considered services for many years and he is always prompt, courteous and respectful. Just a great broke!!

As a home owner I have never had the one person who I called for any of my plumbing concerns, I am safe to say that I’ve found that in Luke! His prompt and efficient service from the initial phone call was incredible, having solved and fixed all my problems within a very quick time frame. Whilst I’ve had other plumbers previously “fix” issues, Luke went above and beyond to find the cause of the issue, fix it and then offer a check over of other plumbing areas to ensure everything was working well and this was all done at an extremely affordable cost. I cannot thank Luke enough and I will recommend Luke to everybody!

Luke was prompt with his quoting for this job, and was able to complete this work in a very timely manner. I was very happy with workmanship. I would highly recommend contacting him for any plumbing work.

I would highly recommend Luke for any plumbing issues. Other plumbers we have had just use a “Band-Aid “ approach, but Luke gets to the cause and actually fixes the issue.
