GTS Plumbers

Prompt, knowledgeable plumbing work is the theme running through the feedback for this Toowoomba business. David, the plumber named in most accounts, is described as friendly, personable and patient with questions, taking the time to explain what has gone wrong and what needs doing. Homeowners report that he turns up when expected, works efficiently and leaves a job finished rather than half done. Customers in several reviews describe how quickly he dealt with urgent problems, including a sewage overflow in a backyard that he traced to tree roots blocking the pipe to the street and cleared after digging out the line, and a leaking tap sorted on the spot with a second outside leak identified and explained at the same time.

The standard of the finished work is a point that comes up often, with repairs to split water pipes in walls and other faults holding up well. Reviewers repeatedly mention the clear quotes and fair pricing, and note that jobs are completed within the agreed budget. Honesty, reliability and sound advice on maintenance are regularly highlighted, as is the polite manner David shows to households, which leads to repeat bookings for further plumbing jobs and roof work.
