Just Plumbing Group Pty Ltd

Households and businesses around Toowoomba have relied on this plumbing team for leak detection, emergency repairs, renovations and hot water work, and the accounts that recur describe a crew that turns up quickly and stays until the job is done. A burst pipe flooding a bathroom and bedroom, a leak under pavers beside a pool that took careful tracing, and a laundry and kitchen renovation completed independently are among the projects described.

More than one customer describes how a leak was located and repaired within a day or two, with pavers relaid neatly afterwards, and reviews time and again mention that the work area was left clean once the team departed. Named staff appear often in feedback: Joel is praised for his knowledge, honesty and willingness to explain faults in plain terms, Sarah at the office for arranging jobs promptly, Taras for arriving on schedule and clarifying the problem, and David for urgent attendance and restoring a gas hot water system.

The point that comes up often is fair pricing, including one account of avoided excess water charges thanks to precise tracing. Emergency calls over the Christmas period and long-running commercial leak detection are also noted, along with the attentiveness shown to older family members. Customers describe the team as friendly, well equipped and efficient throughout.

Absolutely an amazing team. My water leak was fixed within 24 hours and the tidy up within 2 days. They were considerate and professional. Highly recommend this company. Thanks, team.

Can't speak highly enough of Just Plumbing Group. The TRC water app was telling me I had a leak. I searched and checked the obvious things with no luck. Due to circumstances I needed prompt action. JPG had someone out to me that day. They found the leak in the first hour and had it fixed first thing the next day. Outstanding service including Sarah at the office who got it all happening for me.

Joel and the team were so easy to deal with right from the start. Concealed leak detected and repaired within an hour at an affordable rate. Communication was crystal clear throughout. JPG were the second business we contacted and we’re still waiting on the first mob to get back to us! We’ll be using Just Plumbing Group for any plumbing work moving forward.

Highly recommend Just Plumbing Group! From start to finish, their service was professional, friendly, and efficient. I wouldn’t hesitate to use Just Plumbing Group again. Thanks again for the great service!!!!

Joel was absolutely outstanding from start to finish. He didn’t just fix my plumbing leak — he completely exceeded every expectation I had. He arrived promptly, was incredibly friendly, and took the time to thoroughly explain exactly what was going wrong in a way that actually made sense. His skill and attention to detail were next-level. You can tell straight away that he really knows his craft and takes genuine pride in delivering top-quality work. The repair was done efficiently, but without ever feeling rushed — everything was handled with care and precision. On top of that, Joel left the area spotless, which honestly felt above and beyond. It’s rare to come across someone so professional, reliable, and genuinely committed to doing a perfect job. If you’re lucky enough to get Joel, you’re in the best possible hands. I wouldn’t hesitate for a second to recommend him — easily one of the best service experiences I’ve had.

Excellent service from start to finish. Joel was amazing in organising emergency repairs to my Mum’s home over the busy Christmas period. He was professional, courteous and efficient. His coworker Taras arrived on time, explained the issue clearly and left everything clean and tidy. Knowledgeable, well equipped and efficient- highly recommend this company.

I cannot recommend Just Plumbing Group Highly enough. So professional and modestly priced. I had 2 plumbers prior to Just Plumbing Group try to locate a leak in the main line from the water meter to the house. Both declared the leak "undetectable" Their fix was to run a new line from meter to the house which is a run of 230 meters quoting between $10K to $12K. Well Joel from Just Plumbing Group came over after a chat on the phone and after spending about 15 minutes setting up his equipment it took him no more than 20 minutes to be within 5 - 10cm from the leak. WOW!! A few days later two of his men turned up with the right equipment and fixed the leak which was exactly where Joel had pointed out to be. It took no more that 1 hour in total for the fellows to complete and test the job. NO MORE LEAK IN THE MAIN LINE FROM THE WATER METER TO THE HOUSE - A SAVING OF SOME $11k IN MY ESTIMATION. Thank you Joel and your team. Rest assured I will tell anyone who has a plumbing problem or requirement to call you and forget about wasting time calling any other plumber.
