Can't speak highly enough of Just Plumbing Group. The TRC water app was telling me I had a leak. I searched and checked the obvious things with no luck. Due to circumstances I needed prompt action. JPG had someone out to me that day. They found the leak in the first hour and had it fixed first thing the next day. Outstanding service including Sarah at the office who got it all happening for me.

Joel and the team were so easy to deal with right from the start. Concealed leak detected and repaired within an hour at an affordable rate. Communication was crystal clear throughout. JPG were the second business we contacted and we’re still waiting on the first mob to get back to us! We’ll be using Just Plumbing Group for any plumbing work moving forward.

Excellent service from start to finish. Joel was amazing in organising emergency repairs to my Mum’s home over the busy Christmas period. He was professional, courteous and efficient. His coworker Taras arrived on time, explained the issue clearly and left everything clean and tidy. Knowledgeable, well equipped and efficient- highly recommend this company.

I cannot recommend Just Plumbing Group Highly enough. So professional and modestly priced. I had 2 plumbers prior to Just Plumbing Group try to locate a leak in the main line from the water meter to the house. Both declared the leak "undetectable" Their fix was to run a new line from meter to the house which is a run of 230 meters quoting between $10K to $12K. Well Joel from Just Plumbing Group came over after a chat on the phone and after spending about 15 minutes setting up his equipment it took him no more than 20 minutes to be within 5 - 10cm from the leak. WOW!! A few days later two of his men turned up with the right equipment and fixed the leak which was exactly where Joel had pointed out to be. It took no more that 1 hour in total for the fellows to complete and test the job. NO MORE LEAK IN THE MAIN LINE FROM THE WATER METER TO THE HOUSE - A SAVING OF SOME $11k IN MY ESTIMATION. Thank you Joel and your team. Rest assured I will tell anyone who has a plumbing problem or requirement to call you and forget about wasting time calling any other plumber.
