Aj's Plumbing, Gas & Earthworks

Toowoomba residents who engaged AJ's Plumbing, Gas & Earthworks characterise Andrew and his crew as professional, genuine and straightforward to work with on plumbing, gas and earthmoving projects. A recurring point is the standard of the completed work, whether the task involved resolving tank problems, laying pipework, installing drainage, carrying out earthworks or converting a backyard into an easy-care entertaining area. Punctuality is frequently noted, with crews reported to arrive as scheduled and finish promptly, and several accounts mention jobs being slotted in quickly during a busy pre-Christmas period.

Clear communication throughout each project is another theme, with clients valuing explanations and updates that kept the outcome aligned with what they had asked for. The quoted figure matching the final invoice, reasonable billing and sound value for money also feature, as does site cleanliness, including backyards left tidy and bins returned. Shaina draws consistent acknowledgement for efficient booking and quoting, while Andrew and Bevan are named for their attention to detail and useful advice on landscaping supplies. The team has also met council certification requirements and suggested improvements that extended a client's original plans. Retaining walls and drainage work round out the picture.

Andrew and his team go above and beyond. I have found them to be easy to work with, genuine and honest. I would highly recommend them and have been highly satisfied with their work and involvement in my project. They have offered solutions and suggestions that have enhanced my vision. I thank them for their efforts and skill.

AJ’s Plumbing, Gas and Earthworks – absolute deadset legends. From the moment I gave them a call, they were onto it quicker than a tradie spotting smoko. No muckin’ around, no “we’ll get back to ya” – just straight down to business. They fit me in fast, showed up when they said they would, and got stuck in like true pros. The work? Spot on. Clean, sharp, and tidy. Not a single bit of mess left behind – they even cleaned up like they were prepping the place for an open home. But what really got me was the heart behind the work — they saw I had a mountain of rubble giving me grief and just jumped in to help shift it. No charge, no whinge, just because they could. Better backup than a mate in a pub brawl! That’s the kind of crew you want on your side — tradies with skill and soul. And AJ on that excavator? Bloody poetry in motion. He handled that machine in a tight space like he was carving a Sunday roast. Smooth, precise, not a scratch or slip-up — I’ve seen people do more damage just reversing out of their driveway. If you’re after top-notch work, proper good blokes, and no BS — AJ’s your man. Fair dinkum service with a handshake and a smile. Ken B

Highly recommend Andrew and his team for all earthworks and plumbing needs. Andrew is prompt, affordable and very professional. He takes pride in his work, and this is evident in a quality job well done. Thanks again for everything

AJ’s group of workmen were so considerate, genuine and hardworking. They left the place tidy (even bought my bins up) and communicated well. They were very capable of doing a whole range of jobs from earthworks, laying pipelines to electrical. Thank you Shelley

Storage King - Being a large business in Toowoomba with 2 storage facilities to maintain, AJ's are a brilliant! I highly recommend them. The office staff are very friendly and efficient, being the first point of contact, this is appreciated. Our maintenance needs are met promptly and economically. The tradesmen are very professional and friendly also! Not only do they handle all of the maintenance for our plumbing issues as they arise; they recently completed a retaining wall within the facility. Need I say, they did a brilliant job! No job to small - they even replaced some fencing for me while they were here.

Fantastic prompt friendly service , my #1 go to plumbing service , you won't find another company with this much efficiency! *EDIT* We have just recently got some retaining earthworks and drainage done by AJ's , the team was super efficient, had plenty of communication throughout the whole process making sure that it was want we indeed wanted, and completed neatly with pricision and cleaned up any mess left behind, we are beyond impressed with the work carried out , will definitely be back for our next round. Thanks Andrew and the team!

AJ's was a pleasure to deal with throughout the whole process, from Shaina immediately fitting me in to get a quote for a front yard excavation, through to the work being scheduled soon after. The job was done professionally and efficiently, with everyone on site polite and friendly. Highly recommend AJ's.
