S&J Plumbing and Gasfitting Brisbane Southside

S&J Plumbing and Gasfitting Brisbane Southside draws consistent praise for the professionalism and friendliness of its team across Brisbane's southside. More than one customer describes jobs involving blocked drains, leaking toilets and busted pipework, with work carried out efficiently and to a high standard. A point made in several accounts is clear communication: tradespeople explain what they are doing before and after the work, answer questions patiently and keep clients informed when unexpected issues arise. Named staff including Josh, Nick, Rubin, Chris, Edward, Reuben, Gabe, Paul, Ethan, Liam and Matt are repeatedly singled out for punctuality, politeness and a willingness to talk through each step.

Reviewers also mention fair pricing, careful tidiness and a clean site afterwards, with one account describing a stressful situation involving damaged earthenware sewer pipe that was handled calmly and effectively. Repeat business is a common theme, with customers saying they would call on the team again. Solar hot water systems, gas installations and drainage work feature among the services described, alongside general plumbing repairs and maintenance. The consistency of the feedback reflects a team that customers find reliable, approachable and thorough from the first visit through to completion.

I'm not one to usually leave reviews, but Josh's service was outstanding and professional. I highly commend s&j and more specifically josh, thanks guys.

Great service from the team, replacing some busted pipework. Reuben, Gabe and Paul were very prompt, polite and professional and great attention to detail shown in their work.

Highly recommend Nick! Professional, reliable and easy to deal with from start to finish. Communication was great, arrived on time, explained everything clearly and completed the work to a high standard. Fair pricing and left everything clean and tidy afterwards. Will definitely use again for any future plumbing needs

Great job , by Reuben and Ethan today , both were professional, dedicated and polite , very pleased with the work they performed . Liam came the night before , and did a temporary repair for us , Happy with the work . Great job boys 😎

I dithered over choosing a plumber for ages, but I obviously ended up with the right choice. Matt and Nick have done a fabulous job of fixing my leaking toilets.

Thank you to Nick, Brian & Chris for a fantastic job!! So thorough, efficient, friendly & tidy!! A great team of genuine guys, keen to do the job right. I have no hesitation in recommending these gentlemen to anyone. Thank you again, Tracy.

Disappointed and would be reluctant to use them again. Tyler from S&J was professional, friendly, and the job (replace and install a cistern tap) was completed efficiently (20 minutes for job and total 40min for job + admin). Whilst grateful for the work completed, the cost was in my view way too high ($460) and there was no breakdown on the invoice as to what made up this cost. Reece sells the part for $12, so the vast majority was labour/service costs. I called the company to query the invoice, however was advised it is just the single price quoted on the day which is calculated through an online system. I should not have agreed to this price.
