Liam and the Watertight team were great. They came to check a leak in the shower did some tests and worked out the issue for us and provided photos of the issue. They also checked our other plumbing while they were there just in case. Would highly recommend them.

With no hot water the team supported us by providing a same day quote and then install within 2 days for a new hot water system. Peter was helpful and very communicative on when he’d arrive and how long the work would take.

Brayden and his crew were fantastic. Great communication and respect during the entire process. When my water heater broke down the day before I was heading overseas they came out to check it out, clearly explained my options,answered my questions, and ultimately replaced my water heater- all in one afternoon. They cleaned up after the works were complete and made sure I was comfortable with the new system before leaving. Brayden made a potentially stressful situation easy to deal with. ‘Water Tight’ was a pleasure to do business with from start to finish.

Very satisfied with the service by Andre at Water Tight Canberra. I called afternoon on a Sunday and Andre attended within an 1.5 hours after completing the job he was on. The Jon had many challenges including an owner lacking any knowledgeable on the piping on the house, an unruly dog and it's many treats in the back yard and many other challenges. Andre was polite, punctual and honest as well as being a top bloke. Price was fair and advice going forward was honest and well received. Highly recommend this company, others I attempted to contact did not even answer the phone (perhaps they were on the job) Thanks Andre, you are a legend

Would highly recommend!! I had a fantastic experience with this plumber today. He came out to fix an isolation valve and replace a tap, and I couldn't be happier with the service. From the start, he was completely honest about the level of difficulty and provided a fair, transparent quote. ​What really impressed me was his professionalism—he even had a solid 'Plan B' ready to go just in case the initial approach didn't work. He was incredibly polite, friendly, and respectful throughout the job. Before leaving, he made sure to thoroughly check everything over to ensure it was all working perfectly. ​It is rare to find someone this reliable, skilled, and honest. I will definitely be using his services again and highly recommend him to anyone looking for a top-tier plumber!

We were kept informed of what was happening at all times (pre inspection, waiting for parts and staff arrival times). A 'makeshift' solution was devised whilst waiting for parts to allow us to continue to have water which was really appreciated on short notice. All on site staff were professional and courteous both times and the clean up they performed after the final installation was impressive. Thank you
