ANB Plumbing Geelong

ANB Plumbing Geelong draws repeat custom across Geelong through the efforts of Neil and his crew, whose jobs have ranged from swapping out gas hot water boosters and temperature valves to fitting heat pump hot water systems during gas decommissioning, installing toilet suites, clearing a 90mm storm water line between house and street, and reworking two bathrooms at a single address. A number of customers describe the finished standard as consistently high, and one thing mentioned again and again is that charges are seen as reasonable and fair, with one household noting the price landed below a rival quote for the same hot water job.

Punctuality is a recurring theme: reviewers mention that Neil turns up when promised, or calls ahead when running behind, and that requests for work are answered quickly. Communication before and during jobs earns praise, particularly the explanations and recommendations given ahead of bathroom renovations so nothing unexpected arose afterwards. Tidiness on completion is noted, along with the friendliness shown towards salon staff and other trades on a demanding fit-out. Neil is repeatedly called honest and trustworthy, and customers say they keep his number for future plumbing work.

What a great experience. A difficult drainage issue was thoroughly investigated, multiple issues were contributory. I was shown and explained all concerns, prior to the problems being fixed. The site was left clean and tidy and the amount charged was very reasonable...especially given the extent of work. Thank you to Neil for his friendly interaction, his easy to understand explanations, his excellent professional approach and for being kind enough to give advice for the future . I will definitely call Neil again for any drainage problem.

Neil and his team are amazing. Great communication explaining what is needed with no nonsense. On time and friendly. Definitely wont call anyone else for our plumbing needs!

Neil and his team have recently carried out works at our hair salon, nothing was too difficult for his team. It was a challenging job and required a really polished finished. Always arrived on time, great communication and most of all friendly with all the staff and other trades. Highly recommended

Really happy with the work Neil and his team did in both bathrooms at our home. They provided all the necessary information and recommendations before the work, so there were no surprises later. I highly recommend them for all plumbing work.

Neil met all criteria that I was looking for from plumber. Great communication, always on time, or at least rings to let you know he might be coming a bit late. Neil has been my go to plumber for years and was recommended by a retail store when I was looking to have a aircon installed. Neil always thoroughly cleans up after the job is done ✅. Prices for work are responsible. I would recommend Neil is a decent honest man.

Anb plumbing has done really fantastic job in my property. Niel was on his holiday when I called him for a urgent situation at my house. He replied with SMS and arranged 2 of his employees to fix that issue immediately. Thanks really appreciate for your help
