AWDW Plumbing & Gasfitting

AWDW Plumbing & Gasfitting draws consistent praise in Geelong for responsive service and thorough diagnosis. Several buyers describe the speed with which enquiries are answered, including one instance where a heating system failed and a replacement was arranged without delay. A number of reviews mention the depth of assessment, noting that underlying problems, such as a pressure fault or a recurring issue a previous tradesperson had only patched, were identified and properly resolved rather than temporarily masked.

Clear communication is a recurring theme, with customers describing being walked through options and kept informed at every stage, including on larger jobs that grew beyond the original scope, such as an oven installation that expanded into fresh hot water equipment and work on a septic issue. Anthony is named often, frequently alongside Matt, for professionalism, sound advice and the ability to find practical solutions within an agreed budget. Workmanship is described as clean and efficient, with sites left in good condition, and pricing is characterised as transparent and reasonable. Jobs span tap, shower head and kitchen faucet repairs, hot water systems, gasfitting and a transition to a gas-free home using a hot water rebate.

Guys were great. Had a previous plumber attend 6 months earlier. Issue eventually returned. These guys not only explained the issue but also showed why that the previous plumber did was only patching the issue and not actually fixing it. Recommend.

Super responsive on a Saturday morning when our heating tanked. Thorough assessment of the problem, identified things that were malfunctioning. New unit installed promptly. Great communication and service. Highly recommend.

Anthony was really efficient. Gave great practical advice and options. Knew exactly what he was talking about and did an awesome job of installing our new hot water system. Grateful we have people like him working in the industry!

Anthony was prompt and communicated all options clearly. He shuffled things around to be able to complete the job at the time (which was bigger than first anticipated). Both Anthony and Matt were very professional. Would recommend their service.

Anthony was great to deal with. Communication was excellent, he responded quickly to questions, arrived when he said he would, and removed our old gas heater professionally and efficiently. He made the whole process straightforward and stress-free. Highly recommend.

A fabulous team. Quick response. Both Anthony and Matt provided sensible solutions and went out of their way to get the job done quickly and to the highest quality. Can not fault them. Will use ADWD again for sure!!

100% 5 Stars for AWDW Plumbing!! Called Anthony around midday to resolve a gas leak at my mothers house in which the gas company had disconnected the gas meter because of the leak. Matt turned up and had it sorted by 4pm that same day so she wasn't without gas over the weekend. Highly recommend these guys, bloody legends. Cheers, Daryl
