Ballantyne Plumbing, Gas, Electrical & pumps

Solar hot water replacement, instantaneous gas unit installation and electrical work including air conditioning, fan installs and shed power are among the jobs described by customers of this Mandurah team. Reviews time and again mention punctuality, with several noting that tradespeople arrived when they said they would and worked efficiently from the first call through to diagnosis, quoting and completion.

The quality of the finished work is a point that comes up often, and customers describe the team as respectful and tidy, cleaning up after themselves. Emergency response stands out, including a burst water pipe and a drilled gas line attended within a short time, with practical advice given on rerouting pipework rather than undertaking unnecessary demolition.

Named staff earn warm praise: Willow and Jess for helpful, patient booking and phone support, Richie for an impressive installation and commissioning, Jake for prompt and professional repair of a gas stovetop, and Kyle for ongoing guidance and support across multiple projects. Commercial clients describe repeat reliance on the team for installations, fault finding and emergency call outs. Outdoor kitchen connections and commercial maintenance also feature among the work customers mention. Many describe the business as their regular choice for plumbing and gas work.

Needed a plumber out within 24hrs and the guys at Ballantyne was the right call. They were punctual, adaptable and got the job done with precision and care. Definitely recommend them if anything needs plumbing and gas work done.

Wow if you ever need plumber’s there are the best :on time respectful : Efficient cleaned up after Exceptional job Well done 😁😁😁

Unfortunately these guys promised an emergency call out within 2 hours. 6 hours later we heard absolutely nothing and I ended up cancelling the service and if they had have let me know sooner that they couldn't attend I would have been happy to go elsewhere but they absolutely wasted my time and their service was very unprofessional and they were quite rude. Very disappointed to say the least.

Ballantyne have assisted our company with multiple new product installations both commercially and residential. We’ve also relied on them for commercial HAVC maintenance and fault finding including emergency call out. Ballantyne off the kind of service and expertise that saves time and money where it matters. We recommend Ballantyne Electrical to all of our clients. And receive only positive feedback.

As the owner of a carpentry company in the building industry we rarely need plumbing, that is until we drilled through an unmarked water pipe in a clients home. One call, and within the hour the pipe was mended, and our works could continue. Minimal down time was recorded and our clients were relieved. No mess. No delays. Minimal costs. Ballantyne were very efficient, professional and well priced. We hope we don’t need them again, but if we do, that’s who we will be calling.

From initial enquiry, quote to completion Ballantyne Plumbing & Gas never fails to deliver! Special mention to Kyle for always making us feeling valued as a customer and his ongoing support and advice for every project we have had. Kyle always goes above and beyond and we couldn’t be more grateful. We have used the Ballantyne team for outdoor kitchen connections, fan installs, powering up a new shed and everything inbetween and the team are always on time, neat and tidy and fantastic to deal with. We have no issues in recommending you all to friends and family for all their plumbing, gas and electrical needs. Thank you!

I’ve used Kyle and his team numerous occasions for electrical/AC work and every time has been great. Always willing to change things around to get you what you want, polite, clean and on time.
