Blue Bourke Plumbing

Blue Bourke Plumbing has built a following on the Sunshine Coast around the work of Chris, whose name appears again and again in accounts of hot water replacements, bathroom and ensuite renovations, gas line relocations, outdoor showers and cleared blockages. More than one customer describes a failed hot water tank being swapped out quickly, with the quote returned fast and the new unit in place within days, and reviews regularly refer to that pipework and fixtures are set out neatly, with joints finished using proper corner fittings rather than hand-bent pipe.

Punctuality and a tidy site come up often, as does the willingness to explain options and adjust plans so the finished result suits the space. Chris is described as personable, knowledgeable and respectful, working efficiently whether the task is a minor repair or plumbing across three bathrooms.

Communication before and during the job is praised, with questions answered and progress explained without fuss. Those working alongside him are also described as straightforward to deal with, and jobs are reported as completed on time and to the agreed budget. Thorough site inspection and practical solutions for drainage and runoff feature in accounts of outdoor work, while indoor renovations are valued for the standard of finish.

Our hot water tank burst (21 years old) and needed replaced promptly. Chris did an excellent job with installing the new hot water tank. Communication great from start to finish. Quick turnaround on the quote and installed within a couple of days. Highly recommend. Thanks again Chris.

I was very pleased with the work Steve did for me. The gas water heater needed replacing. He explained what needed doing and was quick attending to the work. Very efficient.

Chris did all the plumbing and fit-off for our new ensuite and did a fantastic job! It was a difficult space to work with on the top level of our house with minimal floor space, but he found a solution that gave us what we wanted, while keeping everything compliant and water-safe. Chris’ communication was excellent, he showed up when he said he would, he worked fast and everything was installed meticulously - which is rare to find in a tradesperson these days! Highly recommend Chris and would absolutely use him again in the future!

I found Chris after seeing what seemed like hundreds of glowing 5-star reviews, and now I completely understand why. From the moment I called, nothing was too much trouble. Chris went above and beyond to make sure I ended up with the absolute best solution for my plumbing job. He took the time to explain everything, considered all the options, went completely out of his way, and genuinely cared about getting the perfect outcome rather than simply getting the job done. And he was super fast! Chris is a truly lovely young man who is polite, professional, honest and incredibly hardworking. It’s rare these days to find someone so committed to providing outstanding customer service and taking such pride in their work. The whole experience exceeded my expectations, and I couldn’t have asked for a better tradie. I highly recommend Chris to anyone looking for a reliable, trustworthy plumber. A well-deserved 5 stars!

Highly recommend this local business. Chris was so helpful from our 1st contact to the installation of our ensuite upgrade. His work was excellent. It was a pleasure dealing with Chris he was extremely helpful and very accommodating to our needs. Many thanks from both James and I.

We have been lucky enough to have Blue Bourke Plumbing work with us on our renovations (3 bathrooms and a kitchen) and once in an emergency due to a burst pipe in our garden. Every experience has been seamless and we couldn't be happier. Chris has great communication and we look forward to using Blue Bourke again in the future.
