Great service from the team at Bond Plumbing. The young fella who attended our premises was punctual, professional, and clearly knew his trade. He quickly identified the issue and did a great job. The office staff were also well organised and communicated everything clearly throughout the process. Highly recommend Jack from Bond Plumbing QLD. This is the second time I’ve used Bond Plumbing and again I’ve had complete satisfaction with both their honesty and workmanship. I contacted Jack regarding a suspected water leak in my apartment and he was attentive, easy to communicate with and genuinely took the time to work through the issue properly. Bond Plumbing were also incredibly prompt, understood the urgency of the situation and were available even with after-hours concerns. Jack identified a cracked waste pipe under my bath and returned to complete the permanent repair. What impressed me most was that it initially looked like the repair would require removing a toilet and tiles to gain access. Instead, he went above and beyond by climbing through a confined wall cavity to replace the pipe from underneath, ultimately saving me significant time, mess and money. Professional, hardworking and clearly takes pride in doing the job properly. Very grateful for all his help and would not hesitate to recommend him.

The guys turned up when they said they would. Found the leaking underground pipe and had a Plumber there to repair the leak earlier than we expected . Fixed the leak and we got back to normality . Really appreciated what the Bond plumbers did for us. So I have no problem recommending them
