Was sent straight to an overseas call centre where the operator wanted me to transfer 300$ just to even contact their oncall plumber, otherwise they could book it in for another day but I would still have to pay $50 for it, even when their website says $0 callout fee. The website name changes depending on which suburb your google search for "[suburb name] hot water services". Shady.

Fantastic service. Next day installation. Quote was not the cheapest but there were no hidden costs or add-ons after install (cheaper quotes came with lots of caveats). It was also nowhere near the outrageous quotes I received from others. Quality product, tidy install. Highly recommend.
