Complete Plumbing Co Pty Ltd

Hot water service, leaking pipes, blocked toilets and rainwater tank cleaning recur in accounts of this Geelong business, where Josh and Ollie are named repeatedly as the tradespeople customers deal with. Customers writing about their orders describe fast responses when a hot water unit failed, with repairs or installations completed on the same day they made contact.

Punctuality and reliability are mentioned often, along with clear explanations of the fault before any work began, so householders understood what was being done and why. A point that comes up often is the willingness to diagnose rather than replace: one reviewer recounts a blocked sewer line traced to a foreign object in the pipe, removed and the toilet resealed, avoiding the far larger quote obtained elsewhere. Tidiness and careful clean-up after the job also feature, as does the advice offered on maintaining plumbing and rainwater tanks afterwards.

Reviewers often mention fair, transparent pricing, with quotes honoured and no unexpected additions to the bill. The manner of the team is described as friendly, patient and down to earth, including with urgent callouts to burst pipes and malfunctioning toilets. Workmanship on installations is called precise, with attention to detail and everything left working as it should.

I Can’t thank Josh and his team enough for there impeccable service. I can’t believe how quickly they came to my rescue when my hot water service packed up. Very professional, friendly and informative. Excellent communication and outstanding customer service! I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a fast, friendly and professional plumbing services. I will happily support this local business for all my future plumbing needs.

Absolutely brilliant work from start to finish. The team delivered fast, reliable hot water service with real attention to detail and outstanding professionalism. The quality of the installation was exceptional, and everything was explained clearly so I knew exactly what was happening at each step. What really stood out was the friendly, down‑to‑earth service — nothing was too much trouble, and they made the whole experience easy and stress‑free. It’s rare to find tradespeople who combine skill, efficiency, and genuine care for their customers, but they certainly do. Highly recommended for anyone needing hot water plumbing done right.

Issue I had was fixed promptly and they did an excellent job. Wonderful customer service, dealing with this business has been an all round great experience. I look forward to dealing with them again! Thank you!

These guy's are the absolute best, Josh has provided the most honest and legit service with such a friendly approach. My plumbing issues were resolved quickly and professionally, at an unbeatable price. Lots of dodgy tradesmen out there looking to rip off someone like myself, a single, vulnerable mum who has got no idea when it comes to basic use of tools/ trade work. These blokes are definitely not them. Highly recommend everyone to look no further, call Josh at Complete Plumbing Co, he is the best in the business!
