Bryce is brilliant Plumber. Polite, well mannered and very professional. Is trade skills are excellent. DCM Plumbing are very easy to deal with and are an astute company.i have lots more work at my premises and I will only be using this company as I know they do a professional job every time.

Bryce from DCM Plumbing provided outstanding service. He arrived exactly on time, quickly identified problems that previous plumbers had been unable to diagnose, and explained everything clearly in a way that was easy to understand. He repaired the leaking tap, identified the likely cause of damp carpets after heavy rain, carefully removed, repositioned and resealed the shower drain fitting, and gave me helpful advice about my ageing hot water system and shower filter options. What really stood out was his professionalism and respect for my home. He took his shoes off before coming inside, gently closed the security screen door instead of letting it slam, and left everything neat and tidy. Bryce is knowledgeable, thorough, honest and courteous. I would happily recommend him to my family and friends. Excellent service from start to finish. Well deserved of 5 stars. Great communication, the lads arrived on time, knew what they were doing, went out of their way to make sure i was happy with the tile selection and did a great job and cleaned up before they left. Very competitive prices too. Will be using them in the future for any plumbing issues

Once Tom arrived, he assessed the situation & explained our options regarding the cost of addressing the water leak in our ensuite. He quickly established the source of the leak then set about cutting out and replacing the segment of offending copper pipe. Tom was very personable to deal with and very professional with his work. We recently had storm water drainage work done in our backyard and I just want to let you know how much we were impressed with the whole process from the team at DCM Plumbing. From Meredith in the office, Logan quoting and then the job being done by Iwi and Brooklynn. Wow, what great workers, it was so hot and these guys kept going to finish the job way quicker than we expected. They turned up on time, were respectful to us and our property, friendly and a pleasure to have in our home. Everything was done professionally, the pavers and gravel put back in place and everything left neat and tidy like no one had been here. We would highly recommend the team at DCM Plumbing without hesitation.

From beginning to end, the team at DCM were a pleasure. Preston was lovely and down to earth, took the time to come out to us. From there, Poppy and Meredith were beautifully friendly over the phones (communicated very well and always returned my calls). Then Tate(?) and his apprentice were the ones to come out and smash out the work. Perks to the apprentice for finding a way to remove and replace my seized washing machine tap haha! You were all a lot of fun and made a rough situation easy. Two employees even let us know about a possible claim with the council to help us with the money we’d lost from the unseen water leak.
