Fairy Meadow Plumbing

Speed of response and a professional manner are what reviewers highlight most often about this plumbing team, whose jobs span Wollongong and the surrounding districts. More than one customer describes blocked drains and overflowing sinks cleared within the hour, a toilet repaired in ten minutes and emergency call-outs reached within half an hour of the phone call.

A recurring theme in accounts is clear pricing, with quotes provided on the spot or over the phone and no extra charges appearing afterwards, and named staff come in for particular credit: Patrick for his knowledge and unfussy approach, Michael for his communication, Zeke for guiding customers through what needed doing and Jasper alongside Patrick on a job that took most of a day. The work itself is described across blocked drains, hot water systems, gasfitting, a new vanity and replacement taps, with the finish checked and the site left clean.

Customers mention friendly calls from first contact through to payment, questions answered politely and staff who explain the problem rather than simply fixing it. One long-standing customer who had spent close to three thousand dollars on repeated tap repairs elsewhere describes the fault being solved properly at last, while another notes a same-day attendance and the care taken to talk through the required work.

Friendly and great service from Patrick and Jasper. Very reasonably priced. Found the issue and fixed it in no time. I highly recommend them. Thank you!!

Fantastic service. Was an emergency on a Sunday and few services were ready, willing or available. They showed up within half an hour, identified and fixed the issue shortly after. Will go through them again happily. Thanks again guys!

Excellent plumbers. Have used them numerous times. Always very professional with great work. Charges are very reasonable.

I've had 2 jobs recently completed by Fairy Meadow Plumbing and I couldn't recommend them high enough. On both occasions their service couldn't have been any more friendly, prompt and resolved my plumbing issue. Patrick from FMP has completed both jobs and his service has been second to none. I contacted them early today and they were here within 15 minutes of the call, ended up problem solving the job and spent almost all day here to rectify what turned out to be a substantial issue. After completing the job they then cleaned up everything and left the site better than it was before they attended! Thankyou to FMP and again couldn't recommend them high enough.

Scott and the boys did a phenomenal job. Quick, prompt in responding and the price was competitive. I’ve now found my new regular plumbing. Thanks again.

We recently had Zeke from Fairy Meadow Plumbing come out for some emergency work, and we couldn't be happier with the service. Zeke was incredibly knowledgeable, professional , friendly and nothing was ever a problem. He completed the job quickly and to perfection , taking the time to guide us through exactly what needed to be done. We felt completely comfortable and at ease throughout the entire process, which speaks volumes about his kind nature and outstanding customer service. Zeke is truly an asset to Fairy Meadow Plumbing. We highly recommend him and Fairy Meadow Plumbing! ***** Thankyou from the Lavalle family.

From the call, quote to the job and payment was finished within 24 hours. My hot water system was dying , screeching through the pipes. The people I dealt, were a pleasant surprise. Professional, efficient, well mannered, very clean after the job. Old fashioned service. Bravo
