Gold Coast Plumbing were amazing customer service catering to my timing needs. Jimmy the plumber was a legend going above and beyond to fix my tricky hot water system.
Highly recommend. We had a burst hot water system which was replaced in a matter of hours. Jackson and Nick were consummate professionals - knowledgeable, friendly and respectful of our home. Fantastic service and experience all around.

We needed Gas and Water moved, as well as disconnect/reconnect during our kitchen renovation. Cannot fault the service, we dealt mainly with Jordan and his colleagues (can’t remember everyone’s name but full credit). Everything was explained professionally before they started and the costs were transparent. They did an amazing job, they were thoughtful about the outcome of the work involved and have provided a better result than we expected, they also communicated well and were always on time, would highly recommend.
Toilets blocked / Quick response time / Xavier was polite , knowledgeable and explained the repair process. The plumbing problem was addressed with urgency. Even the rain didn’t deter their progress. All the team that I met acted respectfully and the finished job done to a high standard. Although this is not part of the review I would like to comment on the overall cost, which at $7000 was a shock. I haven’t had to call a plumber for years and was totally shocked by your charging method. I wasn’t given a detailed invoice for expenses or made aware of your advertised pensioner discount… Just given a generalised quote.
We were so happy with the drainage work done by Gold Coast Plumbing. They are very knowledgeable about difficult drainage problems. Nothing was too much trouble. They were reliable, punctual, and trustworthy.
Jordan delivered an excellent service for us yesterday. He installed a brand new shower, replaced the old one, and also resealed our bathtub. The quality of his work was excellent and everything was completed professionally and efficiently. He was polite, friendly, and gave us very helpful advice throughout the job. We were also very happy with the price and the overall quality of the service.
