Grizzly Plumbing

Homeowners and property managers in Port Macquarie describe Grizzly Plumbing as a responsive and dependable choice for plumbing and gas fitting work. Several customers mention Tom by name, noting his punctuality and the way he explains the intended work before starting, whether the job involves a persistent rattle in the water pipes or a gas leak requiring immediate attention. Reviewers repeatedly highlight his clear communication, from early morning enquiries answered promptly to straightforward pricing that is described as fair and reasonable.

The quality of the finished result also comes up often, with accounts of a replacement water pump sized correctly for a renovated home transforming water pressure throughout the property, and emergency call-outs resolved without fuss. Tidiness is another recurring point, with customers noting that excavated areas are left neat once the work is complete. A friendly and helpful manner, combined with efficiency and professional workmanship, is described across these accounts, and many indicate they would contact the business again for future plumbing or gas fitting needs.

Called Tom with an emergency issue. He came out as soon as he could and sorted our problem for us. Really easy from start to finish. Highly recommended

I highly recommend Grizzly Plumbing. Tom was reliable, friendly and very helpful- nothing was a problem. He completed all his work professionally.

Had an ongoing hot water issue. Although Tom wasn't able to make it out on the day he was happy to guide me through things to try myself over the phone and problem was fixed within the hour. Not many plumbers would have that level of Integrity. Highly recommended. Thanks mate.

Highly recommend Tom from Grizzly Plumbing. We had renovated our house years ago and our existing water pump was nowhere near big enough for the new setup. Tom came out, gave honest advice on the correct sizing, and supplied a quality pump that completely transformed the water pressure throughout the house. The difference is unbelievable — the pressure is now amazing everywhere in the home. Tom was professional, knowledgeable, quick to get the job done, and the whole process was smooth from start to finish. It’s hard to find trades who genuinely know their stuff and take pride in their work, but Tom definitely does. Couldn’t be happier with the result. Thanks again mate!
