Hot Water 2Day

Responsiveness stands out in the feedback for Hot Water 2Day, which operates out of Gateshead and serves the Newcastle area. A customer describes the team as excellent to deal with and highly attentive to enquiries, noting that contact was answered promptly. The same account covers the purchase of an instant hot water system, with the price described as very competitive.

When the plumber booked for the install cancelled, the business refunded the installation costs straight away, a sign of how it handles problems when they arise. Hot water supply and installation are the services reflected here. The experience points to a supplier that communicates before the job and follows through afterwards, addressing setbacks without delay.

Customer service is excellent. I found the team incredibly responsive to enquiries. Purchased an instant HWS and price was very competitive. Refunded my install costs immediately when plumber cancelled. No hesitation in recommending this business.
