I was looking to replace my Gas Hot Water system and as a result did the call around. S/w Ingela, and from the first call, the experience has been nothing short of exceptional! Ingela went through the process and understood my needs. It was determined that I would need a Gas continuous flow Hot Water System (Rinnai). Ingela also shared, they aren't the cheapest, however their work is guaranteed as mentioned they've been around for over 30 years. When the plumbers arrived (Shane and Alexia) - they identified a couple of challenges and had to re-quote me a slightly higher amount. This was completely justified, however they were extremely transparent through the process. I was happy to proceed despite the increase in cost. The workmanship, the attention to detail, the keeping me across everything was nothing short of exceptional. I wouldn't hesitate in using these guys again as they've been brilliant! It's difficult to fault the service and transparency in an industry where it can get a bit smokes and mirrors sometimes. Keep up the good work!

They did an excellent job replacing our leaking hot water system. The technician was very polite and took the time to explain the issues with the previous installation and what needed to be corrected. The new pipework has been neatly arranged, and the system has been installed with great care and attention to detail. I’m very happy with the quality of the work and the professional service provided.

Hot Water Sydney installed my hot water system back in 2013. The job was very difficult in a confined space, but Barney, the technician, completed it professionally and without any complaints. Since the installation in 2013, the hot water system has been running smoothly right up to today, with no problems. Excellent workmanship, reliable installation, and long-term performance. I got my solar hot water system removed and reinstalled for roofing purposes 2 months ago and I forgot to leave feedback. I called and got quote quickly from Ingela without any inspection which saved a lot of time, the price was better than all other places quoted me who had to go on site to quote. Barny (not sure if it’s his name) came on time, did the job well, efficiently and also helped clean the solar panel. If I need help in the future, I will definitely come back. Thanks team!

I have been using Hot Water Sydney since they purchased the business a couple of years ago. My experience with the previous owners was great - a hard act to follow. Danielle has retained the previous staff and the great experience continues. Fantastic, friendly service, efficient trades and very easy to deal with.

Just spoke with Danial for upgrading my working gas hot water system with heat pump. She was so honest to advise me that it will not worth the extra cost. I will keep my existing gas hot water system until it dies. Thanks for being honest and providing the valuable advice.
