Jetty Plumbing

Heat pump hot water systems and related plumbing work sit at the centre of what customers describe about Jetty Plumbing, alongside inspection reports and general repairs. Several reviewers highlight the clear communication maintained before, during and after each job, with costs advised upfront and updates passed on whenever circumstances changed. Punctuality and reliability come up repeatedly, from same-day attendance on urgent hot water failures to installers arriving when promised and completing the work in a single day where possible.

The standard of the finished result is a common thread, whether the task involves replacing a leaking solar unit with an Envirosun heat pump, fitting a new pump for a water tank, or carrying out a detailed property inspection with photographs and plain explanations of any issues found. Customers note that sites are left clean and tidy, and that teams remain courteous and knowledgeable while working through the quirks of older homes.

Flexibility is mentioned often, including coordination of the electrical and air-conditioning trades and rescheduling when supply hold-ups arose. Kyle and Troy are named for their friendly and helpful approach, and the office staff draw similar remarks for their assistance. Attention to detail and a willingness to offer options feature in accounts from Coffs Harbour residents, with the thoroughness of inspection reporting standing out as a recurring point.

5 stars from us! Same-day service and so helpful with our older home and its quirks ;) The electrician support was amazing — incredible customer service, going above and beyond into after-hours until the job was 100% complete. Very satisfied customers. Thank you to the team at Jetty Plumbing!

The team at Jetty Plumbing were fantastic. They worked with us to try and organise a time that suited our job schedules and went above and beyond replacing the entire system on the same day.

These guys are the BOMB! Best service ever, on time, polite and completely effective. It's unusual to find a business so focussed on customer satisfaction. I wouldn't use anyone else. 110% recommendation.

Kyle and his team are fantastic. Very flexible and offered options to address our issues and the results were great. Would definitely recommend.

Contacted for and received a quote on heat pump hot water system. Soon after had a separate hot water problem and Jetty Plumbing were quick to come out to fix it. We decided to go ahead with new hot water system and they were easy to contact, quick to reschedule the install date when there was a supply hold-up and on the install date did a professional job - everything as agreed and the site left clean and tidy.

Hi had Jetty Pluming do a inspection on a property purchase received a highly detailed report with clear photo's & explanation of any issues. I highly recommend them for their prompt service & attention to detail. Thanks team.

Jetty Plumbing provided excellent service with the installation of the Envirosun heat pump water heater ES330M9. They had the system up and working the day after I gave the go ahead to replace the old Solar HWS that was leaking out of the top of the unit due to a rusted out tank. The heat pump system has exceeded all expectations with regards to power efficiency, ease of use and smart device integration via its web interface. Hopefully it will last the distance! (I will certainly be making sure that the anodes are replaced within the recommended time period!). Well done JP!
