JLT Plumbing

Emergency hot water replacements and blocked wastewater drains feature prominently in what customers describe about JLT Plumbing in Shepparton. Reviewers repeatedly mention how rapidly the team mobilises when a unit fails, including one household that had a new system arranged within a day and another that was lent a spare so hot water was not lost over a holiday period. Booking is described as straightforward, with punctuality and clear communication recurring across accounts, among them automatic updates advising when the plumber is on the way.

Several customers describe quotes and pricing as fair and affordable, workmanship as tidy and professional, and problems as clearly explained before and after the job. Matt is named for his depth of knowledge and standard of work, while Kasey is remembered for honouring her word about getting a plumber out promptly following a mains shutdown that left a property without water. A difficult blocked drain, a new shower installation and servicing of an electronic urinal system all appear among completed jobs, with small follow-up issues returning to be sorted without fuss. Gasfitting, roofing, property maintenance and solar energy work also fall within the team's range.

JLT Plumbing were really quick to book in my job and get it done the next day. Professional, easy to talk to and explained the process of the job. Would use again for future jobs! Recommend.

It's been six months since I patiently raised concerns with Jay regarding their published reports, which have been rejected by at least six plumbers. The main feedback has been that the reports are substandard. Despite multiple reminders, there has been no constructive response. Proceed with caution when working with this people.

Our hot water system broke during the holidays and JLT plumbing didn’t hesitate to help us out. They go above and beyond, even lending us one of their units just so we could have hot water. They are very efficient and professional. Will definitely be using them in the future. 🙏🏻
