My bathroom renovation with Moriarty Bathrooms ended up far more expensive than the original quote. Their tiler openly admitted to using the “blobbing” method, which does not comply with Australian standards, and the tiles had to be completely removed. During the rectification, new fixtures and fittings were placed on protective coverings in the bedroom, but when these were roughly removed, varnish was ripped off my wooden flooring. The grab rail was installed so the shower door could only open one way, the vanity was fitted too close to the shower door to allow cleaning, and the toilet supplied was defective. The company denied responsibility throughout, and the owner, Daniel, was consistently difficult to deal with. I only achieved resolution after involving QBCC, who supported my complaints. The process took six months to finalise. Proceed with caution — many of their positive reviews appear to be from family, friends, or employees. - Future customers should be prepared to fight hard for the standard of work they’ve paid for. In my case, it took repeated follow‑ups and external escalation before anything was addressed.

Full bathroom and toilet renovation with new 160l hot water tank also installed. For the price paid and promises made, we find the end result and process with Moriarty lacking. The end was rushed and we had to fight for minimums acceptable result. I would not recommend working with them again. Attached photos are post result after multiple returns.
