Newcastle Emergency Plumbing

Blocked drains, sewer emergencies and gas leaks are among the jobs Newcastle Emergency Plumbing takes on, and the accounts left by customers centre on how quickly those problems are resolved. Several describe calling on a public holiday or late in the evening and having a plumber arrive within a short window, with one sewer blockage cleared in around half an hour.

Punctuality and reliability come up repeatedly, as does the neatness of the work: interiors are said to have been protected from dust and dirt even during heavy excavation involving concrete removal and a manhole. Reviewers name Adam, describing him as approachable, straightforward and determined to finish to a high standard. Clear explanations feature strongly, with customers mentioning camera inspection of a broken pipe, a quote for repairs and follow-up work completed days later.

Same-day rectification of a blocked drain and a gas leak is also reported, along with reasonable pricing and communication that stays easy before and after the visit. Repeat bookings are common, and strata and commercial premises appear among the sites handled, including a complex building where water and pumps had to be located. Being trusted to work unsupervised in an empty home is mentioned, reflecting the confidence customers place in the team.

Very efficient, punctual, great communication. Would recommend this company. Only posted 2 photos but the actual work was extensive

Exceptional plumbers. Honest, punctual, well-priced, and committed to the highest possible standard. Julian came out on a rainy evening to help diagnose and provide an immediate temporary fix to a faulty sewer line. He was friendly, communicative, and really knew his stuff. Manager Adam drew up a very competitively priced quote for a full and lasting replacement of the pipes out the front, and organised for them to be installed quickly. Afterwards, they tidied the lawn and reinstalled our driveway. It was a lot of work, done quickly and without drama during terrible weather. We would recommend Newcastle Emergency Plumbing as your first choice for great work from trustworthy people.

Most impressed! Adam arrived on time, listened to my description of the situation, correctly identified the problem and fixed it. Reasonable price. Happy customer here!

Had an unreal experience talking to Adam on the phone. He generously gave up his time on the phone to give me some advice which he didn't have to do. Could not recommend him and Newcastle Emergency Plumbing more for your next plumbing project or needs.

Adam was a wonderful help and showed genuine care, honesty and professionalism. Would highly recommend!!

Punctual, professional and very respectful - a major job done well and neatly. Adam is a person who will do whatever it takes to get job done at the highest standard. No nonsense, solutions based mindset and delivering on timely manner. Interior was carefully protected from dirt, despite a big job involving removing concrete and manhole, the place was kept free of dust and dirt. We entrusted him to do work with no one in the house and we never had to worry about a thing. If you need a respectful, reliable and honest plumber, he’s the one. We will be recommending him to all our friends.

We required a plumber for some emergency work and Newcastle Emergency Plumbing were excellent. They responded immediately and were reliable. I would definitely use this company again and highly recommend their work and services.
