Newcastle Plumbing Kings

Reliability and clear communication surface as the strongest themes across feedback on Newcastle Plumbing Kings. Tradespeople arrive when promised and keep clients informed from the first enquiry through to completion, explaining the work in plain terms. Punctuality is a recurring observation, with one account noting a team reached a property within an hour for urgent work, and another describing an emergency job attended the same afternoon and resolved in about fifteen minutes.

The finished result draws consistent praise, whether the task involves a hot water system replacement, a solar hot water pump, drainage and downpipes, or retrieving a sentimental necklace from a sink trap. Fair, reasonable pricing is highlighted alongside clear quotes provided before work begins, and reviewers mention the tidiness of the site afterwards, with spaces left as if nobody had been there.

Named staff, including Chris and Oliver, are described as knowledgeable, courteous and willing to talk through options without pressure, and Oliver's guidance on the solar pump is singled out for being sound and unhurried. The same company has carried out work at several locations for one client over twelve months, and the friendly, approachable manner of the team is a point that comes up often. Gasfitting and hot water supply sit at the centre of the work praised.

The company was very prompt sending the tradesmen and also obliging with my timing requirements. They finished the job, explained everything well, and left the space clean. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

The best plumbing company I have ever come across! I accidentally dropped a very sentimental necklace down the bathroom sink and I was shattered. I called Chris from NPK to help retrieve this and thankfully his team was able to get it back for me. Their response time was excellent!! It took them less than an hour to get to my property and they got straight to work. They were very professional and understanding of the situation. I am forever grateful for this.

Amazing work done by Andrew, Matt and Geoff, highly recommend. Professional, hardworking and friendly lads. Replaced our sewer line and got very filthy under the house. Thank you!

Needed some emergency work done, they were there that afternoon, arrived when they said they would, fixed the issue in 15 mins. Amazing service 10/10, highly recommend.
