Nowra Emergency Plumbing

Nowra Emergency Plumbing draws consistent praise from customers across the Nowra district for prompt attendance and dependable workmanship. Several reviewers describe how quickly a plumber arrives, including one who reached a property in about fifteen minutes to replace a failed outside tap after the water had been turned off at the mains.

Repeat clients note that the same standard holds over years of use, with jobs ranging from a loose kitchen tap and a burst pipe that flooded an ensuite to a leaking gas regulator and tubing that a supplier had flagged. Reviewers frequently point to clear communication, honest advice and fair pricing, and a property manager confirms the team is reliable and quick to respond, with work finished correctly each time. The practical guidance offered before a call-out, such as steps to restore gas flow to a hot water service, is described as helpful rather than pushing an unnecessary visit.

Tidiness comes up too, with customers noting that the site is cleaned up afterwards. Matt is named often, both for his advice over the phone and for the professionalism of the wider crew. Solar and conventional hot water systems, drainage and gas fitting sit among the work described, and online booking is called efficient. Repeat business and referrals from long-standing clients close the account.

After moving into a new property, we found that the gas hot water service was not working. Being late of a Saturday afternoon we needed to get it looked at ASAP. I called NEP and Matt advised that there are some things we could do to try and get the gas flowing to get the hot water working without having a call out. We appreciated this approach, though unfortunately after trying the gas was still not working. After calling Matt back and hi explaining the call out fees we happily engaged Matt's services. Matt happily came out and found the issue and rectified it quickly to a most appreciated house now having hot water. I would highly recommend NEP
