The plumber arrived promptly, was friendly and professional throughout the job, and completed the installation in about half a day. The workmanship was excellent and the installation looks very neat and professional. The new Thermann unit looks great and the 259-litre capacity is perfect for our needs. While the cost was a little higher than I initially expected, I was comfortable with the price given the quality of the work and the finished result. The work area was left clean and tidy when the job was completed, which I appreciated.
