O'Brien Plumbing North Wollongong

O'Brien Plumbing North Wollongong draws consistent praise for the manner in which its tradespeople handle both routine and urgent work. Various customers describe punctual arrivals and clear explanations, with Alan named for friendly, patient service and for leaving tap repairs and replacements neat and tidy. Daniel and Mark appear in accounts of sewer blockages, where costs were set out beforehand and awkward access was persisted with until a workable result was achieved. The range of jobs covered in feedback includes drainage repairs that stopped flooding in commercial plantrooms, roof repair at a local Scout Hall, a hot water system replacement, a rainwater tank installation and shower breech work, alongside years of annual gas heater servicing.

Reviewers frequently point to that sites are cleaned up afterwards and that quotes, while sometimes surprising at first, proved reasonable against the finished standard. Emergency help for a running tap, arranged at short notice, is another recurring subject. Crews are described as respectful and courteous on residential and commercial premises alike, and the same company is sought out again for installations and maintenance. Booking, completion and follow-up communication are all portrayed as smooth and thorough.

We are very grateful for O'Brien plumbing emergency service, especially Alan who came out to us on a Sunday morning to fix our broken and running tap. Thanks a heap to Alan and his mentee for the neat and efficient tap repair and replacement work. Alan made my first experience seeking help from a professional plumber punctual, friendly, patient, and effective — and most importantly, he did a really good job. Even though I was appalled by the quote in the first place, I think it was worth it after seeing the final result. I recommend O' Brien for dwellers living around Fairy Meadow.

Had the boys from O'Brien Wollongong come out to site to do some repairs on a drain that was causing flooding in one of our plantrooms the fellas got out there and had the whole thing replaced and sorted the same day I can't thank these guys enough! We've used O'Brien Wollongong on multiple occasions now and everytime they've delivered nothing but quality work that doesn't cost us an arm and a leg, they're our go to Plumber for installations and repairs.
