O'Brien Plumbing & Relining Coffs Harbour

Prompt, punctual service is the theme that recurs most often in feedback about O'Brien Plumbing & Relining Coffs Harbour. Several buyers describe plumbers arriving when they said they would, sometimes at short notice, with one noting a booking was even brought forward. A number of reviews mention clear explanations before work began, which left them feeling informed rather than confused about what was being done and why. The standard of the finished result comes up often too, covering stormwater repairs, a blocked drain that was located and cleared, and a Billi system in a workplace kitchen.

Shannon, Nathan, Evan, Dwayne and Stacey are named across accounts, with praise for friendly manners, thorough knowledge and efficient organisation of jobs. Tidiness after completion is another point raised, along with reasonable pricing and no unexpected charges. Communication stands out both before and after the work, particularly on a heritage-listed house where care and concern were described as exemplary. Customers commend the handling of questions, the willingness to check for further issues, and the speed of response when a hot water system leak was found late in the day.

We had a leaking tap in the children’s bathroom at a community preschool. Will responded to our call straight away and sent someone out to help within the day. He understood that having the tap repaired asap was important to ensure the children could use the bathroom safely. His team who have attended our preschool have been professional and easy to work with. We would highly recommend Coffs Harbour Obrien Plumbing!

O'Brien Plumbing & Relining did a recent job for me. They were prompt, courteous and I appreciated the communication. The job was slightly challenging as the house is Heritage Listed, but their work, care & concern was exemplary.

Wanted to thank our plumber Dwayne for his prompt friendly service. Job well done. Above and Beyond. Thanks again

Guy came out. 1.5hrs to try to fix a clogged drain. Couldn't fix it and said I don't know what the problem is. I suggested it may be a septic issue and he said yeah get a pump out. $400.

Totally happy with your service. O'Briens Coffs Harbour is easily contactable - plumbing problems promptly solved - the young men that came to my home were courteous and friendly. Well done!

I give O'Brien Plumbing a 5 star rating, not only for the professional communication, but also for sending Evan to view and repair a water leak. He was very knowledgeable, quick, friendly. Even took photos of the roof problem to show us, which he attended to very smartly. Good on you O'Brien Plumbing, we think Evan is an asset to your business. Cheers.

We were very pleased with our experience with O'Brien Plumbing. We called at 6pm one night after discovering a leak in our hot water system. They showed up at 8am the following day to fix it. The man that came was very friendly and polite. Would recommend and will definitely use again for any other plumbing needs.
