Oakleigh Plumbing

Households in Kelso dealing with hot water problems and general plumbing faults feature repeatedly in accounts of work completed by Oakleigh Plumbing. The recurring theme is a straightforward process from first contact to finished job: more than one customer describes prompt replies to enquiries, quotes supplied quickly and work booked in without delay. A well priced quote that is then honoured is mentioned more than once, with one account noting the final cost matched what had been agreed. Todd is named in connection with diagnosing faults quickly and replacing parts, while Luke is credited with responding to an enquiry early in the week and arranging a suitable time.

Josh is thanked for assistance with shower taps. Reviews time and again mention the neatness of the finished work and the friendly, professional manner of the team across jobs, from a small leak on a system to larger projects described as three major jobs. Communication before and during the work comes up as a strength, as does punctuality on the day. The range of work covered includes hot water service faults and repairs, pipe repairs and tap replacements, alongside septic system servicing and portable toilet supply.

Completely unprofessional behaviour using outdated equipment. Never, ever again.

Well done for the work done in Trinity drive Kelso. Was good price and service. Jenny.

I discovered a small hot water system leak on a Sunday. Not worth an emergency call out so I emailed 5 well known local plumbers requesting a quote and time frame. Luke from Oakleigh got back to me on Monday morning, provided a well priced quote, and confirmed when they could fit me in. Job was completed promptly at the quoted price. (It's also worth noting that 5 days later, not one of the other businesses has even bothered to contact me from my original enquiry). Oakleigh will be the ones I will be contacting for any future plumbing needs. Thanks guys.

Engaged them for hot water service problem, good communication, fair prices, on-time service. Todd was easy to communicate with and provided good solution on time.

Thanks for a professional, neat job. Very friendly team

WILL ALWAYS AVOID - very poor customer service - unreliable - very poor quality workmanship - zero attention to detail
