Very prompt efficient repair was made to our hot water cylinder. High;y recommend Professional Plumbing.

Outstanding service from the team at Professional Plumbing. I sent a web enquiry on a Sunday night about a broken hot water cylinder, and by Monday night, I was having a piping hot shower. They completely moved the system to a better location and even organised a third party electrician to wire it in that day. The staff are super friendly and the turnaround time is crazy good. Highly recommended.

They were on time and very efficient and explained everything that they were doing and why at the time. I would definitely be using them again if I get any more plumber issues. I'll be recommending them to all my friends and family 100%.

Firstly, The crew at Professional Plumbing are Professionals! Booth by phone end in person they were very polite and helpful, walking us through different methods of attempting to fix the problem in case a call out Plumber wasn't required. Although, a Plumber was required, and they arrived very quickly. They replaced some defective parts in our hot water heater at a very reasonable rate, and at less than we expected. A+ service, response time and value for dollar. Brad from professional plumbing was polite, accommodating and extremely responsive. I had an emergency water leak that left the family without potable water. After calling many plumbers only to be told, I could do next week or maybe in a few days. I got a hold of Brad who responded with 'I will get this sorted today for you'. Thanks, Brad, for your responsiveness, professionalism, polite onsite manner and speed of rectification.
