Reece Plumbing Warrnambool

A renovation project or a trade job often brings customers to this Warrnambool supplier with a particular fitting in mind, and the service they encounter is what stands out in the feedback. One account describes sourcing sink fitting clips for a kitchen redo when other outlets could not supply them in time, with the team taking payment remotely and posting the order to a distant location. More than one review highlights the trade department staff, who are described as approachable, knowledgeable and free of judgement when questions are asked, a manner that was welcomed.

The range spans bathroom supplies, hardware, plumbing and pipe supplies, roofing materials, shower doors and tools, allowing several needs to be met in one visit. A point made in several accounts is that specialty parts were on hand when required, sparing customers extra searching. The staff's willingness to assist, their product knowledge and their readiness to organise delivery or a remote transaction for those who cannot attend in person round out the picture. What emerges is a trade-oriented outlet where stocked components and helpful counter service help keep projects moving.

Amazing service! I needed a very specific set of sink fitting clips and only this store had them in stock - everywhere else was on back order until well after i needed them for my kitchen reno. Slight issue.. the store is 3.5hrs away from me! The staff were absolutely amazing and organised remote payment and postage straight to my place. Thank you so much!

Girls in the trade dept, love it! So helpful, zero judgement. Nice change!

Opens at 7am but informed trade only until 8am so only.limitwd assistance available. Plumber over road was open so ended up buying kitchen and bathroom plumbing there.
