Regional Gas and Plumbing

I called Regional Gas and Plumbing because my hot water system had failed on a Sunday morning. I called on the Monday and was told it could be replaced on the Tuesday afternoon which I was more than happy with. David gave me a quote which I accepted and waited until Tuesday. David arrived on time and started job removing the old system and installing the new system. David was very professional and checked everything that needed to be checked to make sure everything was up to standards and operating corectly. David finished the install and made sure the new system was heating and that everything was sealed and no leaks were present. As it was getting quite dark and hard to see, David said he would return the follwing day ( in which he did ) as to make sure the system was heating to the corect temperature and to re-check for any possible leaks after everything had settled. I would happily recomend David from Regional Gas and Plumbing and I am very happy with the service and work that David has done, and I will call them again if I need any further work done.

Great experience! They were out within an hour of us calling. They fixed the original issue quickly and, when I mentioned another problem, they were happy to fix that on the spot too. Highly recommend!

Got opportunity to work with David for ESV gas compliance for our food trailer. Haven’t seen such dedicated plumber. He is patient, pay attention to details and keep us well updated, help us finally get our ESV compliance. Highly recommended and even tho we are a bit far from Ballarat but will always consider using his service.
