Robson Plumbing & Gas

Emergency call-outs, scheduled installations and drainage work are all part of the trade that Robson Plumbing & Gas covers around Launceston, and the reviews reflect a consistent pattern of promises kept. Customers repeatedly describe tradespeople who turn up at the agreed time, make contact when they are delayed, and provide updates on an estimated arrival, including for after-hours call-outs. Cory, Lochie and Tyler are named for courteous and professional conduct, with Cory particularly noted for thorough leak detection after a persistent underground leak had gone unresolved, and for repairing it without unnecessary damage to a concrete driveway.

Reviewers frequently mention the fitting of new gas hot water systems and hot water cylinders, along with smaller repair tasks handled without fuss. Tidiness comes up again and again, with work areas left clean. Charges are described as reasonable and clearly communicated, and jobs are completed promptly. One account notes minor kitchen sink repairs carried out at no extra cost alongside a larger installation. What stands out across the feedback is careful diagnosis, punctual attendance and finished work that meets expectations.

We had a leak for over 12 months and dealt with three different local “experts” who were unable to locate it. Calls stopped getting returned, people didn’t turn up when they said they would, and one didn’t even bother doing a pressure test. Cory was a complete turnaround. He turned up exactly when he said he would, was extremely thorough, and was able to locate and repair the leak without causing unnecessary damage to our concrete driveway. On top of that, he actually cleaned up after the job, something that seems rare in the industry. We know exactly who we’ll be calling next time. Thanks again to Corey and the team.

This firm is quite remarkable in that they came when they said they would , they did what they said they would do and my new gas hot water system worked as they said it would .No fuss and cleaned up behind them : very agreeable young men .

Robson Plumbing & Gas installed a new hot water cylinder for us & did so in a professional, courteous & timely manner. They went above & beyond the call by completing a couple of minor repairs to the kitchen sink, free of charge. We couldn't be happier with the work done by Cory, Lochie & Tyler. Thank you for a job well done. We will be using Robson Plumbing & Gas again & recommend them highly to any other prospective clients. Julie & Ewen😊

The guys are brilliant. Friendly, professional and if running late, make contact to let you know. I would 100% recommend them and wouldn't use anyone else.

Super quick and friendly. Great pricing, cant fault. Will use again for sure. A++++

The experience was positive the two repairers were efficient , pleasant and effective. I should though have asked for a quotation on the job, but this was my error The Invoice did not have the details of the work done or the specific property that was effected. Re no 3 Unit But these were small issues The work carried out was good, and effective. I would have no difficulty in recommending them Regards Eric the

Thankyou so much Corey for coming and replacing my hot water system, such a lovely man that did a great job, I am more than happy with the job you did, I’m sure I will be using you again. 5 stars +
