Probably not technically illegal if you doing work for the shopping centre, but you really could have picked any other parking spot. Those spots exist because people need them, not so tradies can get a more convenient park.

Dishonest - I recommend avoiding. I regret not having checked reviews (refer to reviews for Rosetta Group) before engaging Rosetta Plumbing to fix a blocked laundry trough. They spent a maximum of 20 mins onsite, pouring chemical down the drain and changing one small piece of hardware (a P trap). For this, they charged $664 and claimed 2.75 hrs work. When I queried the time charged, they explained that it included travel time (their company is located 20 mins away). I politely responded that the time was still inaccurate, even allowing for travel. They then claimed that I was wrong and asked me to provide evidence of the time the two plumbers spent on site, while pressuring me to pay immediately or they would arrange a debt collector. I responded that I had no issue paying and reiterated that they would need to correct their invoice which they refused to do. I then read their many one star reviews, from customers who had experienced this same issue with Rosetta Group (use the filter "Invoice"). The Manager was quite nasty, as you will see in his response to other reviews - and I anticipate the same response to mine.

Fast and efficient service. The plumber explained the process along the way with advice on how to prevent a similar problem arising in the future.

I have been dealing with Rosetta Plumbing for many years now and have always found them to be extremely reliable, thorough and a pleasure to deal with. Most highly recommended.
