I'm not one to usually leave reviews, but Josh's service was outstanding and professional. I highly commend s&j and more specifically josh, thanks guys.

Great service from the team, replacing some busted pipework. Reuben, Gabe and Paul were very prompt, polite and professional and great attention to detail shown in their work.

Highly recommend Nick! Professional, reliable and easy to deal with from start to finish. Communication was great, arrived on time, explained everything clearly and completed the work to a high standard. Fair pricing and left everything clean and tidy afterwards. Will definitely use again for any future plumbing needs

I dithered over choosing a plumber for ages, but I obviously ended up with the right choice. Matt and Nick have done a fabulous job of fixing my leaking toilets.

Disappointed and would be reluctant to use them again. Tyler from S&J was professional, friendly, and the job (replace and install a cistern tap) was completed efficiently (20 minutes for job and total 40min for job + admin). Whilst grateful for the work completed, the cost was in my view way too high ($460) and there was no breakdown on the invoice as to what made up this cost. Reece sells the part for $12, so the vast majority was labour/service costs. I called the company to query the invoice, however was advised it is just the single price quoted on the day which is calculated through an online system. I should not have agreed to this price.
