Tonon Plumbing Group

Hot water units, gas fitting and drainage work form the backbone of the jobs customers describe, and the accounts share a common thread of dependable delivery. Several customers note that a toilet replacement, a hot water unit swap and the tracing of an urgent water leak were all handled efficiently and without fuss. Kyle is the name that appears most often, with reviewers describing him chasing gas certification for a caravan, handing over his number so a client could reach him during an extended sewage repair at a work complex, and seeing a job through from quote to completion.

Clear explanations before major work and updates while jobs are under way are mentioned as a consistent strength. Tidiness after a toilet installation earns a specific mention, as does punctuality, with arrivals at the agreed time and rapid responses to urgent call-outs. The crew's readiness to go out of its way, whether dropping off paperwork or returning across consecutive days during a body corporate drainage problem, is a recurring point. Friendly, professional conduct and a hassle-free process round out the feedback, with one customer noting this was a first experience that ran smoothly from start to finish.

I recently had septic system converted to mains sewerage. I cannot speak highly enough to of the boys at Tonon. The communication was second to none. From the first contact with Rowan. He gave me a fully itemised quote, kept me in the loop the whole time and handled all the council council paperwork Ben ,the owner called me the night before to let me know the boys would be an hour late. The two young fellas that turned up, Chris and Jack were very personable (refreshingly ). They got stuck in and did a great job. You could tell that they were happy in their work space. The whole operation went as smooth as silk. Thanks again. A bit of a back story. I contacted 6 plumbers back in January, for a 4 no replies and 2 sketchy verbal quotes. Second round of enquiries 5 months later,3 plumbers for 2 no replies, then Rowan from Tonon in touch. Happy days.

Great work by Tonon plumbing again. We had a leak and Kyle found it effectively and isolated it. They arrived on time and we had updates to where they were. Very impressed and would highly recommend to anyone!! Awesome 🙌🏽

I believe this charge is excessive, especially as no quotation was provided before the work commenced. Your technician advised that the job would not cost much, and based on that, I agreed to proceed. For comparison, my previous gas work—including hot water connection and gas cooker installation—cost around $1,400. This job involved only replacing existing pipes and minor concrete work, yet the cost is significantly higher. Had I been provided with a quotation beforehand, I would not have approved the work. Unfortunately, this experience has been disappointing, and I will not be engaging your company again in the future. I hope you take this feedback seriously. Good luck with your business.

James did a great job swapping out our toilet. Arrived on time, worked efficiently, and left everything clean and tidy. Friendly, professional service and no hassles at all. Would happily recommend Tonon.

This was my first time using Tonon Plumbing and Gas services and it couldn’t have been an easier process. Kyle went above and beyond in all aspects, from communication to the completion of the job. I would highly recommend Tonon and will definitely be using them in future.

Great experience with this plumbing company. They did an excellent job fixing my hot water system quickly and efficiently. Kyle was very professional, productive, and easy to deal with. Highly recommend!

We had some severe sewage problems within our work complex. The boys were here numerous times fishing out the problem. I met Kyle and he gave me his number to reach out with any issues while their work was ongoing and he was here day and night to get the job done right. We have our own in house plumber here but as it was a body corporate issue with the hotel and other businesses, Tonon was the main contractor and I will happily recommend you guys to anybody especially with larger jobs. Again, Kyle was a gent to deal with during the whole process.
