I recently had septic system converted to mains sewerage. I cannot speak highly enough to of the boys at Tonon. The communication was second to none. From the first contact with Rowan. He gave me a fully itemised quote, kept me in the loop the whole time and handled all the council council paperwork Ben ,the owner called me the night before to let me know the boys would be an hour late. The two young fellas that turned up, Chris and Jack were very personable (refreshingly ). They got stuck in and did a great job. You could tell that they were happy in their work space. The whole operation went as smooth as silk. Thanks again. A bit of a back story. I contacted 6 plumbers back in January, for a 4 no replies and 2 sketchy verbal quotes. Second round of enquiries 5 months later,3 plumbers for 2 no replies, then Rowan from Tonon in touch. Happy days.

Great work by Tonon plumbing again. We had a leak and Kyle found it effectively and isolated it. They arrived on time and we had updates to where they were. Very impressed and would highly recommend to anyone!! Awesome 🙌🏽

I believe this charge is excessive, especially as no quotation was provided before the work commenced. Your technician advised that the job would not cost much, and based on that, I agreed to proceed. For comparison, my previous gas work—including hot water connection and gas cooker installation—cost around $1,400. This job involved only replacing existing pipes and minor concrete work, yet the cost is significantly higher. Had I been provided with a quotation beforehand, I would not have approved the work. Unfortunately, this experience has been disappointing, and I will not be engaging your company again in the future. I hope you take this feedback seriously. Good luck with your business.

James did a great job swapping out our toilet. Arrived on time, worked efficiently, and left everything clean and tidy. Friendly, professional service and no hassles at all. Would happily recommend Tonon.

We had some severe sewage problems within our work complex. The boys were here numerous times fishing out the problem. I met Kyle and he gave me his number to reach out with any issues while their work was ongoing and he was here day and night to get the job done right. We have our own in house plumber here but as it was a body corporate issue with the hotel and other businesses, Tonon was the main contractor and I will happily recommend you guys to anybody especially with larger jobs. Again, Kyle was a gent to deal with during the whole process.
