Vision Plumbing Queensland

Households and property owners across Townsville repeatedly describe the team as responsive and dependable, with several customers noting that calls and enquiries are returned the same day and that agreed appointment times are honoured. Josh is the staff member most often named, praised for arriving at the promised time, sending quotes as pledged and following up on a second job within a remarkable timeframe. Reviewers consistently highlight the standard of the finished work, whether replacing ceiling pipes in extremely hot conditions, clearing a clogged grey water line, repairing a leaking toilet or completing a full bathroom renovation.

Fair, transparent pricing comes up often, with customers describing quotes as competitive and solutions as cost effective. Tidiness and care on site are mentioned, along with the professionalism and politeness shown throughout each visit. Feedback also points to the expertise and advice offered, particularly when customers explain what they want and receive guidance on the right approach. Emergency callouts are handled by fitting jobs into a busy schedule, and quick turnarounds are a recurring theme. Gas fitting, drainage, roofing and hot water work feature among the services described, and the same names appear across positive accounts of maintenance and renovation projects alike.

Fantastic service. Reliable and quality work. Highly recommended and will use again.

Vision Plumbing did an excellent job fixing our leaking toilet. Josh was quick to respond and professional. The issue was sorted out efficiently. Excellent service and would definitely recommend him to others.

We would recommend Vision plumbing. Josh returned our call, turned up when he said he would, sent his quote when he said he would, was competitively priced. He worked hard and finished our job of replacing our ceiling pipes during extremely hot weather. Happy customer, thank you Vision plumbing. 😀

Really awesome job by these guys. Called up with an emergency and a gentlemen by the name of Josh managed to fit us in to his busy schedule. Couldn’t recommend this group enough!

After receiving a late night phone call from our distressed daughter in Townsville about a broken part in a toilet cistern causing significant flooding inside her unit, I rang Vision Plumbing for an emergency repair. Josh answered the call and attended straight away. He was able to abate the issue and returned as promised first thing in the morning to repair the broken part. 5 Star service and really reasonable prices. Would recommend without hesitation.

I had months of plumbers not showing up for me. When I contacted Joshua he responded to my enquiry and got back to me with his next availability same day. Locked it in and he showed up when he said he would. He was very polite and did a very good job exactly what I needed done and very neat. He also followed up a second job I had for him in a very amazing time frame. I was very impressed and will be using him again and recommend him to others. Melissa.
