After receiving a late night phone call from our distressed daughter in Townsville about a broken part in a toilet cistern causing significant flooding inside her unit, I rang Vision Plumbing for an emergency repair. Josh answered the call and attended straight away. He was able to abate the issue and returned as promised first thing in the morning to repair the broken part. 5 Star service and really reasonable prices. Would recommend without hesitation.

I had months of plumbers not showing up for me. When I contacted Joshua he responded to my enquiry and got back to me with his next availability same day. Locked it in and he showed up when he said he would. He was very polite and did a very good job exactly what I needed done and very neat.
