WES Mackay - Multi Trades

Air conditioning, electrical work and plumbing form the combined offering that draws repeat custom to this Mackay multi-trades operation, according to accounts left by customers. A theme running through the feedback is the breadth of work handled under one roof, with several reviewers describing air conditioning installations, ceiling fans, ensuite plumbing, hot water replacements, gas system changeovers and wiring repairs all completed by the same crew.

Punctuality is mentioned often, including one instance where a technician reached a property within an hour of a hot water fault and another where a plumber arrived within two hours for an urgent call. Reviewers repeatedly single out named team members for their manner, with Lloyd commended for friendly professionalism and quick completion, Dirk credited with patient troubleshooting over the phone and Lenelle noted for prompt scheduling. Tidiness also features, with work areas described as left clean and old gas systems removed neatly.

Customers remark on clear explanations, questions answered during the job and pricing that came in lower than anticipated, while a replacement electric hot water unit fitted with a timer so it draws on solar power illustrates the practical advice offered. Office and site staff alike are described as courteous and easy to deal with, and the availability of trades for air conditioning, plumbing and electrical tasks is frequently praised.

We highly recommend WES Multi Trades to carry out your electrical, plumbing and air conditioning needs. We had those three trades carried out on our house recently and they all arrived on time, did an excellent job on the installations and left their work areas clean. We were very happy with WES Multi Trades and their prices as well.
