Wollongong Facilities Plumbing Pty Ltd

Drain unblocking, hot water system replacement and general plumbing repairs recur across accounts of this Wollongong company, along with bathroom leak detection, laundry tub installation and tapware work during renovations. Customers repeatedly highlight punctuality and efficiency, describing tradesmen who arrive when arranged and finish promptly without fuss. Tidiness is a consistent theme; reviewers note that work areas are left clean and results look neat. Communication before and after jobs is mentioned often, with clear explanations, thorough testing and photos sent to confirm completion.

Pete, Josh, Kade and Peter are named regularly, and their polite, good-humoured approach is widely noted, including on a stubborn leak that required resourceful problem-solving. Fair quotes and honest pricing feature in many accounts, as does the willingness to hear a customer's needs and offer workable solutions. One household became a repeat client following a renovation, while another reports an old hot water unit swapped out smoothly and without hassle. Persistent effort tracing a small bathroom leak in a unit is singled out as proof of skill and patience across the team.

Friendly, prompt and professional service at a fair price - Josh2 had a nice friendly attitude. Installed a new Laundry tub and tapware. Work was completed same day - a neat, clean job, as usual 😋

Josh was super efficient and helpful problem-solving a tricky leak. Was very respectful of the space he was working in, explained the work and tested it thoroughly. He also cleaned up well afterwards. Highly recommend.

The service was excellent. Very professional. Arrived exactly on time. Knowledgeable about plumbing. Tidied up after work was complete. Completely satisfied & would very much recommend Wollongong Facilities Plumbing. Top marks.

Not very pleasant experience with these guys. Especially to those works involve between Strata Management and individual owners, please do not trust what are they saying about the problem(Intend to exaggerate to make money)! and whose responsibility is! So prior to the work starts, make sure to ask them to write down the details of mentioned before, because they will likely to make false report to suits themselves.
