Not very pleasant experience with these guys. Especially to those works involve between Strata Management and individual owners, please do not trust what are they saying about the problem(Intend to exaggerate to make money)! and whose responsibility is! So prior to the work starts, make sure to ask them to write down the details of mentioned before, because they will likely to make false report to suits themselves.
