Adelaide Expert Plumbing & Gas

Households across Adelaide have called on this plumbing and gas business for a range of jobs, and the feedback collected from those visits consistently highlights the standard of the finished work. Reviewers describe installations, repairs and emergency call-outs handled with care, including a heat pump replacing an older instant gas hot water unit, an outdoor kitchen barbecue fit-out, stormwater and drain unblocking, mains pipe work set neatly into the ground, a replacement shower head and a Vulcan gas heater service.

Several customers mention that the tradespeople arrived when they said they would and worked through unexpected complications without fuss, solving a drain problem and working out the most practical way to position new equipment. Clear communication during the job comes up often, with people kept informed about what was being done and why, alongside practical advice about risks and future maintenance. Named team members including Mitch, Michael, Ross and Aidan are repeatedly described as friendly, polite and knowledgeable, and the tidiness of the site after work is finished is noted. Quotes are regarded as fair for the quality delivered, and the willingness to stand behind agreed work is valued.

We had this company come out to our house for the second time today and both times we have been so happy with the service and help they provided us. You get what you pay for with this company, quality and reliable workmanship. Would recommend to anyone looking for a quality plumber.

Booked in the boys from Adelaide Expert Plumbing yesterday for an outdoor kitchen BBQ install. Mitch was prompt, polite and a great lad. Got the job done without any stress, and fixed an issue discovered when on site. Thanks so much - the kids cant wait for a BBQ

Michael did extensive work repairing a damaged drain at my house. At all times his team was courteous and respectful. Regular conversation concerning repairs that were being carried out really helped. The company has integrity when standing by their contract. I’m giving Adelaide Expert Plumbing 5 stars and recommend them.

I called to get a plumber and was impressed with the person who answered then arranged for someone to look at my problem with shower leaking and no water flow. A friendly and informed plumber found another problem with the pressure of water and gave me a quote including a discount. After arranging for 2plumbers to return a few hours later. Which they did and completed the work. They were polite and professional and I would recommend this company.

Our heater had gone on the blink 2 yrs after installation, so I called AEP & G and they sorted the issue out very promptly, & under warranty with no drama at all! Fantastic customer service, & wonderful to deal with, from my initial phone call through to the completed job 😊

Michael attended to check Vulcan gas heater. He was a very polite and friendly, he checked and fixed it quickly, he cleaned up. My mum was very happy. Definitely recommend him very respectful.
