Adelaide West Hot Water

Around Semaphore Park and Adelaide's western suburbs, Hayden of Adelaide West Hot Water has built a reputation through heat pump installations, and reviewers repeatedly single him out for responsiveness from the first enquiry onwards. Customers describe quotes that arrive quickly and are thorough, covering several product options so the right unit is matched to the household's needs and budget, with the iStore and Haier Monoblock heat pumps named among the systems chosen.

A point made in several accounts is the quality of the finished work: installations are described as neat, organised and well insulated, including tricky jobs such as relocating a system for drainage from a laundry sink or running new piping through the ceiling for a clean result. Hayden is praised for punctuality and for turning up when promised, and for taking time afterwards to explain how the equipment operates, including setting it up to run off excess solar and advising on available rebates.

Reviewers also note his friendly manner, his willingness to answer every question during the visit, and pricing reported as competitive and fair rather than inflated. Even when busy, he has made an effort to fit jobs in promptly, and the workmanship on both straightforward and difficult installs is consistently described as high quality.

Experience was good and positive from initial contact, quote provision. Arrived punctually and completed the installation of the iStore 180L heat pump. Took away the old Bosch 17e for disposal. Left the job site clean and tidy. Highly recommended.

Very impressed with Hayden’s prompt and professional service. He came the next day after our request for a new iStore heat pump as our old water heater had died on us. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him.

Very happy with the installation that Hayden did. The install looks very clean and tidy and well insulated. Hayden gave me a demo on how to operate the system and set it up to use my excess solar. Highly recommended.
