Adelaide Hills Hot Water

Adelaide Hills Hot Water is named throughout customer accounts for work centred on heat pump hot water systems, with Haier units and the Rapid X6 210 L model featuring regularly and old gas systems taken out at the same time. Jace appears in most reviews, praised for honest advice and for laying out several options before any decision is made. Several accounts note punctuality and communication, from prompt callbacks to clear explanations and follow-up once the job is done. The standard of workmanship draws consistent praise, including attention to safety on site and the area being left tidy afterwards.

Difficult access on steep blocks and the simultaneous replacement of two units are described as being managed without fuss. Moving away from gas to an energy-efficient unit is portrayed as a satisfying result, with app controls and battery pairing noted as practical advantages. One household reports a system failing in the depths of winter and a new service in place by the following morning, an example of how urgently problems are treated. Families wanting guidance on the right unit for their home also appear among the accounts.

Jace was super helpful and very capable. He installed a new Haier heat pump hot water service in a location with tight access due to our steep block.

Really happy with the service from Adelaide Hills Hot Water! Jace made the whole process easy from start to finish. When our old hot water system failed, he even provided a backup system so we weren't left without hot water while we waited for the new system to be installed, which was a huge help. Jace talked us through the different options and solutions without being pushy, making it easy to choose a system that best suited our needs and budget. He turned up on time and was friendly and professional. Fantastic customer service, quality workmanship and all round great experience. Thanks again, Jace!

Jace from Adelaide Hills Hot Water did an amazing job. Very helpful and responsive to calls. Installed Haier 250L heat pump hot water system at our property in mount barker. It runs amazing and saving us a lot on bills.

Jace was exceptional and responded on Friday night when our service died in the peak of winter. Jace was prompt, professional and highly skilled. We had a new hot water service installed by 11am the next day. Great service, great advice and great communication. I can't recommend Adelaide Hills Hot Water more highly.

Jace was very helpful initially when we asked for advice on the best system for our family. The installation was smooth, and he removed our old gas system too. No issues at all - the recommended system has been working great for us.

Jace gave me a fantastic quote, way way better than any of the other plumbers in the facinity and worked to ensure I can get a good quality hot water unit within my limited budget. Installation was quick, very neat and professional. And they even tolerated by bees. Great job

Excellent communication and support from this crew, who helped us buy and install the right heat-pump hot water system for our house and family. Prompt and efficient service. When a problem occurred they were great about helping us get it sorted, even though it wasn't their issue. Very happy with the complete service!
