Replacing ageing gas storage tanks and instantaneous systems with modern heat pumps and solar-assisted units forms the bulk of the work described by customers. A number of reviews mention that quotations are competitive and assembled without fuss, with rebate paperwork handled on the customer's behalf so the shift away from gas metering is straightforward. Customers writing about their orders describe installations completed within a couple of hours, often sooner than expected, by tradespeople who arrive when arranged and leave the site neat, with old units removed.

Named team members, among them Natika and Ethan, are singled out for responsiveness and for patiently explaining how new systems operate, while the wider office staff are described as helpful from first enquiry through to handover. Heat pump models, including Haier and Rinnai replacements for Bosch heaters, feature in accounts of the work, as do solar-connected setups that cut running costs.

A point made in several accounts is the willingness to lend a unit while rebate processing drags on, and reviewers note that advice about which system suits a property is given honestly, even when a preferred model is unavailable. Communication before, during and after each job is described as clear and consistent, with queries answered promptly, and replacement of old gas hot water units with efficient electric and solar-ready alternatives remains the service most often praised.

New Haier 330L heat pump installed at a good price to replace an old gas unit. It runs from our solar system and we have removed the gas connection at the meter, meaning we no longer need to pay for a gas service charge. The guys turned up on time, had it installed in a few hours and die a nice neat job, and although the unit itself looks a bit like a Dalek it sits behind a fence where nobody will see it.

I am very happy with my experience of using this company. From the start they were prompt, helpful and thorough. The work was done efficiently and expertly. All the staff and tradespeople were approachable and happy to answer any queries.

These guys provided top service and a great price for my replacement hot water system. I ordered late afternoon and the system was installed and working the next morning. Highly recommended

Reached out to replace our water heater since the old one broke down. Right now definitely not the best time for a hot water heater break down under this chilly weather. These guys were prompt to reply, gave us quote with great transparency and patiently replying our enquiries. Superb communications! Quote was reasonably priced, they recommended the heater that’s suitable for my household usage, and the job was done efficiently and neatly. Really delighted with the new water heater and the staff professionalism. Can’t recommend enough to anyone who’s looking for professionals over water heater issues.

Very pleased with the hot water service, they did a great job replacing our pipes, they took less time than quoted and an overall top job, the young men were polite and friendly too. Highly recommend. Would not hesitate using them again. Thanks!

With much relief we replaced a 16 year old hot water tank just before it exploded! The lads from HOT WATER COM AU were very professional when installing. We're super pumped so far! (pump intended)

Ken, Andrew and Ethan did a great job of removing the old solar hot water service and installing the new one, under difficult circumstances. Very quick and efficient. Thank you
