24/7 Hotwater Direct

24/7 Hotwater Direct has built its Adelaide reputation on hot water system replacement and installation, and reviewers frequently draw attention to the partnership between Cheryle in the office and Dave and his assistant on site. Reviewers describe Cheryle as helpful, flexible and diligent, keeping customers informed at each stage and following through on commitments, including when jobs arose overnight. Fair pricing is a point that comes up often, with the heater reported as better value than alternative quotes and the advice and cost of a new system installed within a day drawing particular praise.

The plumbers are described as approachable and cheerful, even on a steep site with restricted access, and the work itself as professional and efficient. Customers remark on how straightforward the whole process felt, from the first call through to installation, and the team is credited with organising a reliable plumber when an unusual system size proved difficult to source. Friendliness and speed of response recur throughout, and owners of rental properties have returned for repeat replacements, with the advice provided before and after each job mentioned as a strength.

Cheryle was great to deal with, very helpful and flexible.

Fair price with professional job. I won’t hesitate to recommend Cherlye and Dave to my friends.

Excellent service

Cheryle was a delight to deal with, the heater was well priced (much cheaper than other quotes). Dave and his Assistant handled the steep site and restricted access cheerfully. The company was a pleasure to deal with and we will happily recommend them to anyone.

Thank you Cheryle and 24/7 Hotwater Direct for your exceptional service, providing the best advice, price and installation of a new hot water system within 24 hours. You guys made it so easy! Thanks again :)

Absolutely fantastic service. Had no hot water for a few days and rang a few companies. But of all of them these were the more welcoming and helpful. Got the job done thr next day. There plumbers are nice and approachable and Cheryle costumer service is terrific. I would recommend them in a heart beat. Again thankyou 👍👍👍👍👍👍

Cheryl has now replaced 2 hotwater services for me on rental properties. Of course both services went out during the night on a weekend but Cheryl worked tirelessly to get me replacements both times keeping me informed along the way and following up exactly what she said she would do. My HWS are an unusual size and not easily sourced and she organised a reliable plumber. Her service was exceptional and I have no hesitation to recommend her company .
