Lewis did an awesome job replacing our hot water system in Ascot. He turned up on time, explained everything in plain English and had the new system installed before we knew it. We were expecting a freezing shower for days, but Brisbane City Plumbing & Gas had us back in hot water the same day. Lewis was professional, friendly and even cleaned up afterwards. Hopefully we don't need a plumber again anytime soon—but if we do, we know exactly who we're calling. Highly recommend!

Glad I called Brisbane City Plumbing and Gas when the pilot light on my gas hot water service went out. I couldn’t restart it because the piezo electric starter wasn’t working. These guys offered to pop over and restart it with a long nosed lighter, but I had one at home and did it myself. Glad they gave me the idea, but I still booked them in to replace the starter once he had the parts to fix it. Great work!
