L&W Plumbing Solutions

L&W Plumbing Solutions has built a reputation across Brisbane for responsive, well-organised plumbing work. Reviewers frequently point to the team's punctuality, with several noting that jobs were scheduled quickly and tradespeople arrived when promised. David, Jake, Zane, Jarod and Lucas are named in accounts for their professionalism, clear explanations and friendly manner, and customers often describe how problems were diagnosed accurately and resolved without fuss. The range of work covered includes leaking internal cold water pipes, storm water drains and downpipes, water tank pump installation, and general repairs and fixes.

Fair and competitive pricing, quoted upfront, is a recurring theme, as is the care taken to tidy up and leave no mess behind. Communication before and after the job is praised, particularly the willingness to explain issues in plain terms and accommodate changes along the way. Attention to detail and a high standard of finish come up often, whether the task is small or complex. Customers describe the team as reliable, honest and easy to deal with, and many note that they would use the service again for both household and business plumbing needs.

Very impressed and would highly recommend. After calling at about 1030 asking for them to come and do a quote, Zane arrived before 1300. I was happy with the quote and asked if he could do the work that day and he stayed to complete the job until after 1730.

Really impressed with my first experience with the L&W team. Jake was very responsive on a Sunday evening, and David was at my door 7am Monday as arranged. Polite, punctual and professional service - would definitely use again!

We’ve used Jake and the team at L&W Plumbing for everything from emergency call-outs at work when we’ve encountered tricky situations during our installations, to repairs and fixes in our own workshop. No job has ever been too big, too small or too difficult. Jake is always reliable, helpful and willing to find a solution, which is incredibly hard to come by these days. From one small business to another, we’ll always be happy to support and recommend L&W Plumbing. Reliable tradies are hard to find, and we’re very grateful to have found these guys! — Alex & the Brisbane Barn Doors team

David and the team from L&W recently helped us address a broken water pipe under our home. They were available to come quickly, were on time, and dealt with the problem in a professional and efficient manner which was a huge relief!

L&W Plumbing repaired a leaking, internal, cold water pipe in my house. Jake responded to my website request on a Sunday afternoon. The team (David and Lucas) arrived promptly at 7am on Monday morning. I’d stopped further leaking by shutting off the mains supply myself, so I didn’t need an emergency response, and was very grateful the team could be scheduled so rapidly. David and Lucas quickly found the source of the leak. Because of their precise work, only a small section of tiles in the upstairs shower had to be removed, and the leak was quickly repaired. The team worked efficiently, keeping me informed along the way, and cleaning up after the job. In short, it was an excellent service both in terms of responsiveness and in the quality and efficiency of the job. I thoroughly recommend L&W Plumbing and will continue to use their services in future. Thanks Jake, David and Lucas!!

Would definitely use them again and recommend to anyone.
